It was good appointment, but the hair dye could have been on the gray hairs for a little longer as they look light blond. The hairstylist was very professional and friendly.

My stylist, Andy, gives me options on the hair style. She suggests products but doesn't push for a sale. I am more likely to buy when not pressured.

My daughter (age 15) attended her…
My daughter (age 15) attended her appointment, the stylist asked if she wanted her hair washed and she declined not understanding it was part of a normal hair cut. The hair was the. Cut without straightening or being wet and was lumpy as she had a pony in before. It has very little texturing and is not aesthetic. I’m not sure if it’s straight due to the method of cutting and shes upset and wont show me now. The cut took 15 minutes and she was charged full price. I am extremely unhappy.
