This was one of the worst experiences ever!!
I did my due diligence and read all the reviews on this red seal journeyman hairstylist … Star. Which gave me the confidence that she knew what she was doing and that I could trust her with my hair. I have very fine, fragile hair and I have been loosing lots, which leaves me feeling less confident already.
I walked out of Chatters with my head down cause I had a ball on my head, she cut my bangs that I have been growing out to my temple on the right side … complimented with many chopped layers around my face. The left side she did something different… I still can’t figure it out, finished it off with some wings around the base. Blew me dry with a round brush and hey you’re on your way. I feel so embarrassed to leave my house. I paid … and straight home, to cry and hate on myself some more. I know it is only hair and it will grow back but honestly now I need to go see a real stylist and pay again to have my hair cut into something that resembles a style. This “STAR” is not a good stylist at all and honestly if you read this please go some where else. Hopefully this saves at least one person from feeling the way I do.
UPDATE…… they said Manager would call …. Well I still have not received a call. Curious if this is just something they post on all the negative reviews? Well I am still very upset!!!
No response makes me even more upset!!!
