My other daughter told how her hair…
My other daughter told how her hair dresser was fresh out of hair school and again they measured out length to cut and he did the same and cut her hair to short. Maybe the hair dressers have a phobia of long hair there or a disregard for how young adults ask to have their hair done. If I didn’t have both my daughters come home upset over the same thing happening to them I would be more cautious on what occurred but we will not be booking further with your salon again and I recommend it to anyone else with long hair attending for an appointment

My daughter had her hair trimmed and styled today . She was so happy with her cut and curls ….big smiles the rest of the day .Nickolas was great very friendly and professional definitely will be back for another cut by Nickolas

I was very disappointed to arrive home…
I was very disappointed to arrive home to find my sweater full of bleach from my service that day the hoodie is completely ruined which was new and was an expensive brand name.

The stylist nick was absolutely amazing but…
The stylist nick was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old, if I was rating my experience solely on him it would be 5/5. I just wasn’t happy I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment with a rowdy child and nowhere in the shop to sit. As well as the receptionist also kept making off handed comments like “steam is blowing out of mom’s ears” and things like that. I wasn’t angry with my child I was overwhelmed being in the salon by myself with an autistic toddler.
