Every time my wife and I go, it's always excellent service! The stylists are talented, kind and listen to your needs. We've done classic and crazy hair styles in the past and each time they turn out great. It's our go-to spot.

Chris was again very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Highly recommend

The stylist looked at photos of bob I wanted and proceeded with appointment. 2 hours later seemed very unsure of what she was doing. Finally got a senior stylist to come who showed her the technique for a bob. She had to come back 3 times. 2.5 hours later I left. My hair is uneven and not right.

100% amazing experience! Went to my usual favourite person, Adri, and she nailed it. I’ve been talking to her about my colour vision for ages now and finally was able to do it. We chatted about the best options within my budget, picked some colours and got to work. I have never felt so beautiful. She gave my hair new life and made sure I was happy.

I was pleased at the store itself, the staff are great. Twinkle was great, personable. I never had my eyebrows done in anyway so this new for me. The explanation of the service in shop was great, since I was nervous. But I was sticker shocked at the price of both the tint and threading, which wasn't explained on the phone earlier. And two days later, my brows are just as bare in the center over my nose than they were before.
Next time I'll save my money.

Krista was running behind with her first client and called me to see if I could come in later. I said that I could and she worked me in. I gave her a moment to catch her breath, have a drink of coffee and then she set to work on my hair. She gave me her complete attention and did exactly what I asked her to.

I wanted to grow my hair out a bit into a bob with a few layers. This way I can have more than one look. I can either go curly and style it as more of a french bob or style it straight and blow it out so that I have a polished bob look. I looked chic when she was done, as she had blown it out straight for me!

So I’m from out of town and was in desperate need of a haircut, so I thought let me just try to see if they can fit me in. Well they did more than that, they fit me in and gave me the most incredible stylist to work with. Nicole was amazing, I gave her free will to fix me up and I walked out feeling beautiful and super satisfied. I plan to make this my regular stop when I’m in town and need a refresh!! I highly recommend
