My Perm Experience
Caran took his time wrapping and rolling my perm. He was very friendly and attentive to how my perm was progressing and if I needed anything at all. Very nice guy and did a nice job on my hair!

Great location, fantastic service!
Everyone at the Grasslands location is so nice and very helpful. Brittney touched up my root, refreshed my ends and trimmed my hair. She made my hair beautiful. She is easy to talk to, explained when I asked questions and took the time to get to know me. I brought my daughters Britney earlier this year and she wrote them out a plan to care for their hair better and they still follow it! Thank you Brittney and Chatters :)

I was finally planning to go darker after being VERY blonde for many years. I loved how thorough britt was in my consultation. She listened to what i wanted and what i didn’t want, i showed her reference pictures and she asked me what i loved and didn’t love and really made sure I was getting what i wanted. I felt like she really heard what I wanted and did above and beyond for me. I absolutely love my hair, I will be back in Britt’s chair!

Blonde foils
Went to get blonde foils done. Showed the stylist the picture which showed chunkier foils over my natural dark brown hair. The finished foils were not like I showed in the pictures. Everything was blended and the colour looks a shade lighter brown than my natural instead of of noticeable blonde chucks.
The stylist was professional about the situation and offered possible solutions. The look I wanted isn’t possible without my natural hair colour which would take another 3 years to grow out. It felt like a waste of time and money.

Great Atmosphere
Staff were friendly and attentive, hair on one side of my face appears to me to be a bit longer than the other side and it was supposed to symmetrical, other than that seems to be a good cut and easy to style. I am happy to tip for services however don’t want to tip for product, the tip options made it difficult to do so.
