haircut by Chelsea L at chatters
I had a haircut by Chelsea L at Chatters. The haircut was okay, nothing like what I showed her, but it was fine anyways. She cut my hair and started blow-drying it. Once she was done, I thought she would show me the haircut and ask if I wanted any changes, but she didn’t. My hair was all pulled back, and she immediately started curling it.
I asked her to show me the haircut before styling, and when she did, I requested a few small changes. It only took a minute to fix, but then she put the curler back down and asked me to go to the front. I mean, if a customer asks for a few changes and you get so offended that you stop styling their hair, then maybe you should work on your skills so no one questions you next time.
Anyways, I’m done with Chatters never going back there

Emily was awesome!
Emily was knowledgeable, gave suggestions, and was very patient with my need to go “a little shorter”. She was super friendly, easy to chat with, and made my visit very pleasant. I’d be inclined to book with her again.
