Chase PMC was very responsive when we approached them to schedule the snagging. Work even on public holiday to accommodate client's urgency. On-site survey with video for each part of the property to highlight the faults. Draft report with photos received the following day and final report the day after. Would highly recommend them to those who need snagging service.

Upon Ka conducted building survey to my property, I absolutely affirmed he is skillful & practical surveyor since he provided a fully comprehensive & detailed inspection all around the property and importantly to find out the hidden & latent defects and the root cause. He can also advise practical solution how to remedy/resolve it if purchased and how to bargain owner before purchase. Furthermore, his team, Ashley, can well coordinate the survey appointment in very short period. It is more efficiently. This is my 2nd finding surveyor & read more surveyor’s report. I recently had the opportunity to use the Level 2 survey service provided by Ka. I was impressed with his efficiency and professionalism. He answered with my questions promptly and addressed my concerns.

Ka conducted an extensive visual inspection of the property, covering the main elements of the house, including the roof, heating system, and grounds. He also provided advice on the conversion idea. The final survery report was received in 4 days and it is very detailed.

The service is outstanding for sure. We have actually used their service twice, both in checking terraced house in Twickenham.

regarding the first property, they precisely figure out a list of defects which need serious attention. We eventually pull out from the purchase after assessing the issues. The report is very comprehensive and points out accurately the risks to be considered.

We quickly find out that the issues should be real and legitimate. how? well, we are living in the same district which takes 5 min walk from my existing home to the seller home only. We note that they have already started some kind of construction/remedy works lol.
