The guys at Charles and Dean(Elliot And Beth)
The guys at Charles and Dean(Elliot
And Beth)gave me confidence they were keeping an eye on progress. The dealer missed their deadline and pretty much blamed everyone else apart from themselves.Beth took time to be very clear about when and how she had communicated with the dealer, and the time the dealer took to respond. So well done guys!

An excellent experience.
I had come across Charles & Dean on YouTube via their sponsorship of one of the UK based YouTubers - I can’t recall which.
I contacted them with a view to arranging finance for a used MINI as I felt the APR percentage offered by the main dealer was unjustifiably high.
Charles & Dean were excellent from start to finish - the person handling my query was Ollie, a pleasure to deal with.
Even during the early stages of quotation, Charles & Dean have a professionalism about them. From the basic details whether that was how the quotes for the cars I was interested in were provided, to smaller details like the layout of their emails, their staff signatures.
They were thoroughly polite, professional and efficient throughout and got me a PCP deal that was more competitive than the one offered by the dealer.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Claudia was an absolute star
Claudia was an absolute star. I cannot begin to explain how much of an annoying customer I probably was, with probably over 90 emails in a chain, not once did she show any signs of frustration, sending her multiple links daily to find the car that worked for me. She never missed a beat, never delayed with responses and throughout the whole process made me feel calm, valued and confident in what I was doing. 5 stars isn’t enough to show my appreciation towards Claudia, 11/10! Thanks again Charles and Dean!
