As outlined during checkout, when multiple orders are placed, our team will manually review them and, where possible, combine them into a single shipment. Any postage saving is then credited back to the customer's Chards prepayment account.
In your case, the orders were combined and the postage refund was credited to your Chards account on 15 June. Please check the prepayment account section of your online account where this credit should be visible.

We advertise a despatch time of up to two working days, and your order was placed on Friday and despatched on Tuesday, which falls within that timeframe. That said, we appreciate that from a customer's perspective it can feel longer when this falls over a weekend.
We always aim to despatch orders placed on a Friday as early as possible the following week. On this occasion, however, we experienced a particularly busy period when your order was placed, which meant it wasn't despatched until Tuesday.
