Gerard Watson Chaka Travel.
We have been using Gerard Watson and Chaka travel for several years now to arrange our holidays for us.
Usually to S .Africa but more recently Florida and an upcoming trip to Madeira later this year.
Gerard has never let us down and when things have gone wrong which inevitably happens from time to time he is quick to make good and put it right.
We will continue to us Gerard, we moved with him when Chaka was taken over and see no need to change.
Gerard is currently arranging a big trip for us next Feb with our friends back to S.Africa.

We discovered Gerard of Chaka Travel through the internet while searching for a Mauritius golf holiday. We were a bit hesitant to trust someone so far from Switzerland, where we live, but after reading reviews and recommendations, we have decided to trust his expertise and ample credentials. Communication was very easy and the response was timely. Not only was he competent, patient and kind, but he was also very supportive throughout our month-long sojourn to a golfer¨s paradise. Thanks again and really... kudos to Gerard for helping our vacation be flawless and fun.

Gerard at Chaka went way beyond the call in sorting out our holiday to Mauritius, nothing was too much trouble to find what we were looking for and keeping us informed at all times. We feel in very safe, organised and knowledgeable hands and are looking forward to our trip immensely.

Have used Chaka for a number of years for golfing trips to Mauritius.
Pleased to say Gerard is keeping the level of service top notch in organising our trip for the Mixed competition there next year, plus a trip to St Lucia. Very accommodating in adjustments to extend our stays, given we have some catching up of holidays to do!

Dealing with Gerard is such a good experience. We spent ages dithering over a trip to Mauritius but he continued to deal with all our changes with good humour and professionalism. He is a credit to the company and Chaka travel has by far the best deals for golf in Mauritius. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Just booked a golf trip with Gerard to Mauritius, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the third time we’ve been to Mauritius with Chaka Travel and we were very satisfied on the two previous occasions. Can’t wait to get back there and enjoy the fabulous courses.

We contacted Chaka regarding a golfing holiday in Mauritius. It wasn't one they had advertised at the time of year we wanted to go but Gerard helped out with piecing together exactly what we we were after. I tend to shop around and compared to 4 other agents Chaka came out the cheapest. The whole process was quick and easy so we went ahead and booked. A few days later we learnt that the hotel was offering a new discount and even though we were already booked, Gerard was able to renegotiate our booking to also secure us the saving. Overall a great experience and we will certainly book again through Chaka.

The level of customer service was second to none. The knowledge our customer representative, Gerald, had was excellent and was able to offer some wonderful advice. His lovely Irish tones was also a plus, made me weak at the knees ;) but thats besides the point. I would highly recommend Chaka, top work!

Gerard and the team at Chaka Travel went out of their way to reorganise our trip to Seychelles. They secured excellent accommodation at Constance Lemuria hotel and kept me informed and in touch every step of the way with Emirates Airline so that we could upgrade our flights, I have no hesitation in recommending Chaka Travel for all your holiday needs.
