Great service to date - easy, helpful and excellent knowledge of South Africa. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to our 2022 golf trip to South Africa.

Excellent customer service. Really friendly workforce. I was surprised how easy it was to upgrade to business class. I cannot wait to travel with you guys again

Overall very good but a few issues to address. Soho hotel v disappointing, no areas to relax, casino overpowered the whole experience, Cascades, hotel looked far better and was on the original itinerary. Grill restaurant, at the Palace hotel was very poor, service awful, food v slow, over cooked, left without eating. Jacques, was excellent, and embarrassed by the incident.
Protea hotel very nice big rooms and really nice atmosphere, George, golf course, had virtually no buggies available, after being reassured by Kallam that there was no problem and they need not be booked in advance. Again at Fancourt, not enough buggies available, causing Jacques not to be able to play with us, after again being assured no problem by Kallam. Really nice holiday but spoilt by a few things as listed above. Really great support and organisation by Jacques, in spite of the issues.

We have just returned from another fantastic holiday to South Africa booked through Kallam at Chaka Travel.
This year, we decided to go self catering and we were delighted with the properties and the flexibility that this offered. We did have a slight issue with some of the facilities on arrival at one of the properties but, within an hour of contacting Dee, the local representative for Chaka Travel, the problems were sorted out. We are certain that this would not have been resolved without her intervention and ensured that our holiday continued trouble free.
We appreciated being met at Cape Town airport by one of the local reps as she accompanied us to the car hire office. She even pointed out a small bump on the car door that we had missed which could have caused a problem later.
All in all, a great service by Chaka Travel. Already thinking about next winter’s trip.......

Excellent.
Stuart always tries to accommodate our wishes and this year we had a 2 centre holiday which worked very well.
We will return both to Mauritius and to the service of Chaka for another outstanding trip.

It was so well organised, attention to detail, support and information prior to our departure was first class.
When we arrived our pick up at airport , choice and location of hotel was excellent.

We returned a few weeks ago from a two week trip to the Anahita Hotel and Golf Resort, Mauritius arranged by Chaka Travel.
The Anahita Hotel is wonderful and set In beautiful grounds, the two golf courses are in great condition, a delight to play.
The hotel and golf course staff were very helpful and friendly and intent that all guests had a good experience.
It was our 2nd trip arranged by Chaka, who we cannot fault, they were both competitive and efficient and we look forward to booking further trips with them! Can’t wait.

Stuart went through all our options explaining everything we needed to know in detail so it made it very easy to arrange our holiday. Everything was very professionally done and I am sure we will not be disappointed when we go

Jacque is the complete gentleman, a wonderful host and a complete professional. He made the whole holiday run smoothly and we all felt at ease all of the time. He took the time to listen to our concerns over our own golf game and hosted various classes to help those who had issues. We had some lovely meals and the choice of restaurants was varied. The holiday was very enjoyable.

Just returned form South Africa after playing golf at six amazing courses (Sun City and the George area).
The tour was very well organised and we ate at some very nice restaurants and of course drank some great South African wine.
I would like to thank Jacque for making the holiday a fantastic experience. Everything was so well organised down to the transport and luggage handling. Also a big thank you to the guide Craig and his driver Humphrey for their help and the rolling commentary on the drive back to Cape Town.
We met some lovely people and had a fantastic time.
Looking forward to my next trip.

Our first visit to South Africa.
Kallam at Chaka Travel put together a fantastic itinerary for us and we thoroughly enjoyed every day of our stay. All of the accommodation we stayed in was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend Chaka Travel and will certainly use them again in the future.

Very friendly and personal service from everyone. Local representatives also very helpful and friendly. Extensive knowledge about golf courses and resorts. Highly recommend to anyone wanting great golf holidays.

Update 16th March. Sadly the company has been affected by coronavirus and went into administration on 12th March. (Details on their website) Such a shame as they were so great to work with. I feel so sorry for the team. Crazy times.

All arrangements were spot on, information provided was accurate and proved helpful to us.
We had used Chaka Travel on previous visits to Mauritius and the quality of the service remains excellent

Would have enjoyed more golf, 5 rounds in 12 days not quite enough, especially as all 3 courses very good.
All inclusive excellent, accommodation and buggy and facilities also.
A shame perhaps no buffet in the evening.

Are there any times when not quite so crowded?
