Much of the information seemed outdated…
Much of the information seemed outdated and, in some places, in need of editing. The 1-hour video, which for some reason was included twice, pertained primarily to medical issues, not psychotherapy, and, because it was several years old, had a strong emphasis on COVID concerns. I did find 2 sections that were quite helpful, and thus worthy of downloading: one dealt with "emergency situations" & "session guidance," & the other dealt with "digital tools." One other positive: affordability.

My experience was easy from start to finish... user friendly, solid material, solid price point and immediate certificate. Thank you for not price gouging the associate, this company is potentially the first and only non-exploitive experience in by far.

Great experience and affordable
Great lessons and the program was easy to navigate: text was to-the-point and concise, with straightforward explanations. Videos were helpful as well. Test questions were very fair. Pricing was extremely affordable.

Affordable and user friendly
