One of the greatest obstacles we’ve faced was giving our customers dresses that were tailored to perfection, fitting them perfectly. Finding the perfect fit can be difficult- this can be due to miscommunications between our buyers and workers about measurements, or just not being able to tailor a dress in person. Many shops only need shoulder-to-floor length measurements, but this can be interpreted in many different ways. No dress measured so arbitrarily would fit well. So, after conversing with our workers and buyers, we developed a crystal-clear questionnaire to help us give you a more accurate fit on your dress. We take into account more than just shoulder-to-floor, taking pride in the unique measurements of every buyer for a perfect gown. We also know our merchandise well and understand how to give our customers experienced tips for buying. For instance, since factory dye lots can vary from lot to lot, we know to tell customers to buy their dresses at the same time, guaranteeing a more accurate color match. I did a custom size
I did a custom size, I gave myself 2 inch extra room around the hips and bust as I was nervous. The dress was made to fit. The quality was great. If I order again, I would definitely do a custom size again with my exact measurements. The customer service was exceptional and very responsive with my inquiries. Special thanks to Lemon.

Beautiful Dress
I have more curves than the average person, so the dress fit in certain areas. I allowed enough material to have it hemmed up and taken in around the waist. It is a beautiful dress and the color was very nice...

0 stars…do NOT buy from this company!!! They are super shiesty….I received a water damaged dress, which I photographed and contacted them about at once; I didn’t even try the dress on. They tried to insinuate I could have damaged the dress trying it on (nevermind I didn’t, and it was still NWOT) and offered to give me $15 to dry clean it. I wanted a full refund, per their return policy on THEIR website. They acted like they agreed to a full refund, you know per their own policy since the dress was damaged, but they only refunded me the cost of the dress, completely disregarding the $80 it cost me to return ship the dress. Sooooo shiesty!!!!!

The quality of the dress was decent but…
The quality of the dress was decent but the measurements required didn’t asked for arms and shoulders much made the alterations a challenge as the sleeves had to be reconstructed.

Wrong size
The dress was too big so I contacted the seller to do a return because I wouldn’t have time to order a new one since it took a month to get to me. I was told they don’t do full refunds it’s only 90% the other 10 is a restocking fee. Plus a shipping cost.

This is my 2nd purchase … and as before…
This is my 2nd purchase … and as before the dress was custom to my measurements and fit perfectly. The material and quality is outstanding and the price is amazing as well. They will communicate with you for any additional measurements needed and added spaghetti straps to one of my dresses when I asked. I highly recommend Cetims and will definitely buy from again !

Great customer service. Shipped quicker than expected. Material and style above expectations. My bridesmaids received so many compliments on my wedding day. I would not recommend anyone to your website for shopping. Not having enough time to do returns is my biggest issue. Not having options to be reimbursed is another issue. Your site is misleading!

Very Easy Process
Overall, your website is very user friendly & your selection of dresses & colors are fantastic! The only trouble I had was when I wanted to go back to the previous page sometimes (& maybe this is b/c I was using my cell phone & not a desktop computer?) but it would kick me back to the first page, so I had to go through the whole process again. BUT, other than that, I would otherwise give you a 4.5 star rating.

Decent but not tailored…
Dresses were pretty but not tailored with all the measurements . We still had to get it tailored and see them down on the wedding morning.

High Quality Workmanship, fabric, and service!
I have ordered 2 dresses from this company to my custom measurements. They both fit to perfection. I was truly impressed at the quality of these dresses, both the fabric and the workmanship.
They also emailed me shortly after I placed my order to make sure all the measurements and details I had provided were correct. They asked me when my need by date was and ensured I would receive the dresses in time for my events.

Upon receiving my dress there were iron stains on the dress. The dress looked like someone tried to iron the dress on the middle seam of the dress. Very disappointing.
