Customer service was always There when you needed something from before till after I have gotten my dress I loved my experience with them! The dress looked just like the picture I loved it a lot don't hesitate on buying a dress from them!

The material is thick and the color is beautiful.

Daisda is a very complete store for anyone looking to buy dresses. My favorite style of dresses from this store are the prom dresses. The variety and quality are truly impressive! Plus, the price is very fair and inexpensive.

Wore this to a wedding and received endless compliments. The material has such a nice sheen, and the design is timeless yet unique. Highly recommend!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom from Daisa and paid a $50 rush fee to ensure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed by more than a week, and we received the dress the day after prom, which was incredibly disappointing.

When I contacted Daisa about the delay, they initially refused to take the dress back and didn't want to return the rush fee. After several frustrating conversations, they finally agreed to refund the rush fee but suggested my daughter could wear the dress to another function. This suggestion was not helpful, as the dress was specifically chosen for her prom.

The entire experience was stressful and disappointing. The company's lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation even worse. Despite the rush fee refund which I doubt I will actually receive, I am left with a dress that my daughter never got to wear for the intended occasion.

I would not recommend buying from this company due to their unreliable shipping and unhelpful customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your special occasion needs.

i love my dress alot, it came fast and love the quality

I purchased a dress for my daughter for prom. The cost was $230.00. Pictures were BEAUTIFUL. The dress came. Quality was horrible, color was different. I have been trying to return it for the past 2 weeks. They refuse to return with out pictures, which is fine, but their email wont allow the pics to go through. I should have ordered from Shein, would have been a quarter of the price and I could have returned it for a full refund.

I give this company 0 stars. First of all, the dress I ordered for my daughter was wrong. The sizing was way off, I tried to return it and they just beat around the bush, asking for pictures and trying to get you to keep it and offering only $25 back. The dress costs $100. Total scam Do Not Buy anything from them.

WARNING: Total Scam. I had an awful experience with this website. I was clearly misled by the positive reviews. My dress came and was not true to sizing. I’m not sure if the company just doesn’t understand sizing or they sent me the wrong size on accident, but either one is an issue for me. I know my size and checked it on my order before ordering and after it was confirmed. My dress arrived and the material felt cheap and thin. I should’ve expected this when buying from this company since I had never heard of it before and it was cheap, it felt rather sketchy, my fault and I won’t make that mistake again. So after the issues that I had, I contacted their customer service email. They have rather strict guidelines for returning and refunds. But I made sure that I was within all those guidelines. I emailed within 24 hours of receiving the package and to this day have not been responded to. I spent $80 on this dress and was disappointed about its fabric and size. On top of that was then disappointed when I was not even able to get in contact with their customer service. I spent $80 on this dress for my homecoming and am angry and disappointed in this website. I have not been reached out to and I have sent a very descriptive email explaining everything. I was polite and I understand that mistakes can be made but being ignored is not acceptable. The website stated that customer service would be in contact with me soon after I contacted them. That was very very false.Overall, very disappointed and hoping to save people from making my same mistake. I am young and $80 doesn’t come easy so this happening was very upsetting. I don’t recommend using Daisda and will not be trying to buy from this company again.

I was very afraid of getting a dress that didn't fit or that I didn't like because I was only twenty days away from my sister's wedding when I placed my order. The dress was on time and fit perfectly, which I really appreciated.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to take the risk with your money. I ordered a dress to be worn as a bridesmaid, when it came it was the wrong colour, the design was different to the picture and the dress did not fit. The dress sizing got the UK is wrong. I am a 12/14 but according to there sizes I am a UK size 22, this is wrong. I asked for a refund and was offered $25. The company does not have good customer service. They basically said keep the dress we will give you £19 for alterations. I am left with a dress that I paid over £100 that I can’t wear. They copy designs that are not theirs. If you get a dress that is nice you are one of the lucky ones.if I could give no stars I would

This company is a scam. I bought a prom dress that was not as pictured! Quality was terrible! Sequins falling off and seams very obvious. They are hard in China so their refund policy is ridiculous. First they only offered me a $30 refund for a dress I paid over $200 for! Then they offered $50 and now finally $100 after much back and forth. I have questions about return and they still haven’t be answered them . I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company. I had to spend $400 on another one because this purchase was a scam! Do not buy from here!

Do not purchase from this website. It is a scam tried buying my prom dress and did not look like what it did in the picture.
