Please do not waste your money. Extremely expensive. Job poorly done. Had to have them return 10 times and still the job is not done well. They are not "pro" . I have photos and Text messages as proof.

I’ve never before written a review for any product or service. There’s either no time or inclination or I just didn’t know what to say; the job was okay, but….
From the moment we called CartePro to get a quote to the final touch-ups, the painting of the exterior of our home was done exactly as we agreed on. Dion from CertaPro explained the details, including the problem areas, and found agreeable solutions.
We highly recommend CertaPro for your painting needs.

I had a recent exterior painting job on my entire house. It went well. I'd use certapro for interior in the future.

I am, obviously, very disappointed that CertaPro Painters has chosen to withdraw your quote to perform painting and carpentry services at our house.

I am sure there is much more to this decision than "CertaPro Painters not being confident in meeting or exceeding our expectations" as you have stated below.

I will say, you are correct, you have not met our expectations.

I understand we have made updates to the multiple quotes we received. The reason for doing that was to provide complete clarity based upon the statement that appears in your quote which states:

SPECIFICALLY INCLUDED ARE EXCLUDED"

We asked questions only to gain the required understanding to satisfy your statement above.

I am not satisfied with the explanation you provided as to why your company will not proceed with the work at the agreed upon price. If you were interested at all in appearing to be professional, you would have tried to work out any concerns you may have had with us.

The action you have taken is extremely unprofessional along with the lack of response to questions presented to your owner, Sean Collins.

One of the reasons we contacted your company originally was because of a very good experience we had in painting our house in Savannah, GA. It is clear that your organization and the one in Savannah do not operate under the same standards of professionalism.

Needless to say, you will not receive anything close to a good recommendation from us. It appears your franchise cannot handle a routine painting job for which you supplied a quote and would not keep your word to perform the services you proposed to do within the quote.

Made an appointment and we met. Came to the house and took photographs. About 45 mins of time.
Never heard back.

We hired CertaPro Painters to paint our front porch. There were a few miscommunications throughout the process. I was asked the same questions several times which was getting frustrating. The first person who came didn't paint underneath the railing so you could see where the new paint and old paint touched. It looked terrible. Another painter came and fixed it. A few months later, the paint on all the stairs is bubbling and peeling off. It's obvious that they didn't prep the surface correctly. After spending over $1200, I expect the job to last more than 6 months. Will never use again.

If there was zero stats I would hit it. Salesman never called us back after painters did not do ceiling or corners and after it was pointed out to the supervisor he asked for 500 cash to do ‘ touch ups’ horrible experience all around . Do not recommend

Not one aspect of the contract was met. Painters had no idea what was to be done and could not speak English. Came from 200 miles away and were obviously not employed by Certapro. 8 months later and still no effort to correct. Smoke and mirrors. CERTAPRO Spokane stay away.

They went above and beyond my expectations! The end cost was a little more but the results far exceeded my neighbors cheaper paint job. They were very thorough and took meticulous measure to do a professional job. I would definitely hire them again!

CertaPro uses high quality paint & had the best price, period. 3rd party painters were slobs. Paint spatter on most moldings, mirror, 2 doors, floors, my stove & 2 carpets. "We don't like using tape, we can bet closer to the moldings & edges. They painted all my walls in under 8 hrs, with 2 coats. Took 12 hrs to clean up their mess! Wish I read the reviews first. Their ads are LIES!

Extremely unprofessional, sloppy and incomplete job.
Its a joke that Ken the sales man had to come to our house "5 times to be on the same page".Yet he never was and gave us one excuse after another. He agreed on the issues and the sloppy work and incomplete job needing to be fixed and he sent two different individuals who refuse to do the work. I have them on video camera sitting in their cars for hours not doing the job we paid for and then them leaving after working for one hour. Customers be very aware of this company horrible business practices and if you call to speak to a supervisor they don't answer their phones and their message machine is full. I would never recommend this company. What a waste of time, energy and a whole lot of money.

Looks like Certa Pro Painters don’t back up their warranty.

I thought I was hiring painters directly because I got the name from a neighbor who had her house painted. We hired CertaPro to paint the interior of my son's house and my house. After the work was done, I learned that CertaPro is an intermediary that makes a big markup on the job. The painters themselves did a good job, but I wish we had hired them directly. If I need painters again, I will make sure that I am NOT going through a third-party.

We had a really bad experience with them. Painted surfaces started cracking in less than 6 months. They do not do anything to fix it. Stay away

My wife and I had work done by Certa Pro painters twice. First outside our home,than again inside due to rain damage both jobs were greatly done. Great team Michael and Marcus. Highly recommend!

A waste of time. The sales people at CertaPro kept stringing me along saying they would be there tomorrow and that we are their top priority for months. They were originally going to start in April, then June, then July, then for sure it was going to be done in August. We just fired them here at the end of September because they never showed up when they said they would. CertaPro worked half a day on the wrong part of the house. The one part of the house they did do (that we never wanted done) was a really sloppy job. CertaPro used so many excuses to list and I was just tired of dealing with their lies. Go with anyone else.

Is there a rating less than 1? I would award a 0.
No shows, no prep, terrible service, areas they tried to hide, overspray, underspray, paint on windows, window frames....etc.. It took 3 days to paint and a month to "fix" the job. Several months later I have numerous areas where the paint is peeling. Horrible experience, extremely poor job.

It took 3 weeks to "finish" my 1 week exterior paint job. They power washed the house the first day, then started painting. NO PREP WORK AT ALL. There were places where the old paint was chipping and they just painted over it. You could scrape the paint off with your fingernail the day after they "finished" the job. Cracks in the wood that needed to be sealed. I had to go out daily and tell them what to do. It's like they had no idea how to paint a house. They kept sending the same guy back to "fix" the stuff he messed up in the first place. I'll have to finish the job myself after this $8K mess.

They said they could paint the decorative lamps outside the house, but wanted more money to do that after they started and said it was more complex than he expected. Then abandoned the attempt and left me with lights that were masked/taped off to paint when I told him we had an agreed upon price. The guy went to the store to get supplies and never came back.

The owner of the company did come out and apologize for the crappy work done and promised to make it right. He then sent out the same guys that couldn't do it right the first time. After numerous tries at calling them back out, I finally gave up.

Now I need someone to paint the interior of my house - and it won't be these guys.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
