I have nothing but Positive things to say about this Real Estate. I was struggling along side many others with finding a rental property and I couldn't be more thankful to our property manager Lauren. Always quick with responses and maintenance request. couldn't of asked for a better property manager.

I started with Certainty Property managing just one of my properties in Yarrabilba. I had a dedicated property manager called Sophie who handled the transfer from my old agent, introduced me to my landlord portal and then went and met the tenants so that they felt comfortable with change in property manager.

My tenants have contacted me directly to advise how great Certainty Property have been with maintenance requests and responsive when it came to renewing her lease.

I’ve since transferred another two properties to Certainty to manage. The process has been equally as smooth. What is perhaps most impressive is that I am being charged just $93 per month for each property. My previous managers were charging me 7.5%. It works out I’m saving between $1100 and $1600 per year per property, or nearly $3,500 a year in fees for a better service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Certainty Property to anyone who is considering switching from an old school agent charging 7-8%. It’s been a no-brainer for me.

I am extremely pleased with these guys. It was my first time renting out a property to tenants and I had a lot of questions. Cameron was extremely professional and knowledgable and spent an exceedingly generous amount of time with me on the phone over a few calls guiding me through my decision and advising me on their services but also how to make the right decision on property management. Their rental guarantee is also unheard of in this space and a game changer. Cameron stood out from all the other PM's I spoke with and it was an easy decision given how much time he had spent with me guiding my decision.

After this Simon took over as my property is Melbourne based. There were unfortunately a number of hick ups (including a break in) leading up to property hand over and both Simon and Cameron spent more time than they had to in helping me and making sure the hand over went through with minimal issue. They found tenants quickly and made everything easy for me.

Tim Taylor eventually became my full time property manager and I have just been so impressed and pleased with his efforts. He is extremely reliable and I can easily reach him when needed without ever having to chase him up. He manages tenants extremely well and keeps me informed on anything important. Tim's efforts give me complete peace of mind and remove any burden of managing a property. Tim is also just a lovely fella and I always enjoy our conversations - very important factor of working with anyone!

I was really impressed with how this company managed through COVID by changing from fortnightly to weekly rent payments to assist clients with any cash flow issues they may have. This was a quick and seamless adaptation. I've always received my rental payments in full on time.

Would absolutely recommend Certainty to anyone else and will be choosing them to manage any future properties I rent out.

I was initially skeptical when I learned about Certainty Property and its guaranteed rental program. Apart from Australia's DHA, there's no other company I know of that has the program. But I gave the 2 ex-bankers who own the company a ring. From the get-go, they were informative and decisive. I worked with a number of rental property management companies in the past where onboarding of renters took up to 3-4 weeks. Certainty Property took over my apartment and onboarded a quality tenant with increased rent in 1 week. I was also impressed with how they pivoted their model during COVID. Rental is now paid on time every week instead. It took me one year to write this review. I wanted to measure their performance. My verdict: Excellent and integrous company. There are no games with Simon and Cameron. No investor has time for that. I won't change management companies because of it.

I would like to thank Cameron & Simon and their team, they have been very helpful, professional and honest, I didn't even notice when the tenant rental fallen in arrears, the team acts so quickly and pay me the rent on-time. I greatly appreciated. I know my properties are in safe hands under Certainty Property management. Thank you so much!

Really stoked with the service I have received. Whenever I have a question it gets answered straight away. I had a tenant who was constantly behind in their rent. Nothing major but consistently behind. I engaged Certainty Property and straight away my tenant was brought up to speed and hasn't been late since.

Cameron built trust with us immediately when he accompanied me to a potentially awkward situation with former tenants. This was really valued by me/us. He has maintained out trust, we have a much-needed secure two year lease and everything is looking good!

Have just switched over four properties that were previously being managed by different agencies in different states. Has been a VERY smooth handover and has been handled very well. Really impressed. Will have to see how the ongoing management goes but so far so good.

The Certainty property team have been managing my apartment for over 6 months now. Always such a smooth process with tenant communication through them and superior service in general.
