Ramon cut my hair and before i was a shaggy greasy man, afterwards I had the most GORGEOUS cut known to man, he had me getting hella game afterwards. make sure Ramon cuts your hair cus he does eyebrows good too

Paul took great care of us today for my son's haircut. He even styled and offered cologne. My son was THRILLED.

I chose to purchase my first puppy with puppy heaven and the experience was great. Very informative, they prepare you to take home your puppy.

Would honestly give them no stars if I could, moved into my rental it was absolutely disgusting not cleaned at all, big hole in the shed door, smashed window, rubbish everywhere out the back, lawns up to knees and dog poo all through it, emailed the realestate no reply, emailed a few times and no reply. Come home a few days later some man was in my shed fixing the hole as the realestate told them to “just go through the gate” no notice nothing. Been there 2 months still no cleaning has been done and still have not received a condition report. Rent is meant to be fortnightly on a Friday, they were taking it out on a Monday then they took out a months worth of rent without asking, was told they will cancel the direct debit, didn’t come out then all of a sudden it came out again on a Monday. Don’t rent through them ever.

It's better to keep property empty rather than giving to them, forget your rent if they are managing your property, very bad experience with Renae, they make every single day hectic.

Recently, I enquired about signing up with Certainty Property. Initially, I filled out an online submission form and later received a call from a very helpful and professional representative. Impressed by their service and fees, I expressed interest in proceeding but clarified that we only required their services for a 6-7 month period. The representative needed to consult with their manager regarding the shorter term, and after a brief hold, confirmed they could accommodate this exception. Upon receiving the agency agreement, I noticed it stipulated a minimum term of 12 months, prompting me to seek clarification via email. The representative reassured me that the team was agreeable to the 6-month duration. However, when I attempted to sign the DOCUSIGN agreement, it returned as void. Despite multiple email attempts yielding no response, I eventually called the company after locating their phone number through a rental listing. Despite leaving detailed messages promising a call-back within the hour, I did not receive a response. Frustrated now by the lack of communication and feeling very ignored, I left a 1-star review. I then received an aggressive email threatening legal action for injurious falsehood. This response seemed consistent with another negative review about the company's communication practices and tactics to have a review removed. A simple apology would have been suffice.

Honestly avoid Certainty Property! There is nothing certain about them. We had one of the worst experiences as tenants ever. They did not care and were willing to go tribunal, just to prove a point. They've done this so many times, the agents are absolutely horrendous. Trust me, avoid at all costs! Go somewhere else, you'll be thankful that you did!

Also you can't call them! They don't provide you with their mobile number!! You can only email them, which they said they use for evidence against you later if you decide to go up against them for mistreating you. Guys do your research!

We didn't get a condition report upon entering the premises it took them over a week to give it, carpet smelt, they didn't care.

Hopefully I can help some of you looking for new properties for rent please avoid these agents! They're absolutely heartless.

They will lie in the reviews and say the reviewers damaged property but this is there way of lying to potential customers. TRUST ME they are constantly in tribunal and don't care about tenants.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

“If you want something done, give it to a busy person”. I’d wondered if we should go with Certainty because with the cheapest management fee on the market I was worried they might have too many properties to be able to look after us properly. But I found them to be very streamlined and professional with prompt rent reminders, notices, and arrangements for inspections and repairs. Brydie (head-office) negotiated a surprisingly good rental review for us and currently Joe their full-time maintenance person has half-a-dozen maintenance requests well in hand. At the centre of it all our dedicated property-manager Maryanne keeps everything calm and organised, dealing patiently with this owner’s numerous requests and also keeping the tenants on-side, with effective communication skills. Grateful for Maryanne and her team.

The service delivery of these guys is nothing short of a class act. I wish that such a system was available for the property I have back home in England because in comparison it's a world apart! Certainty Property have been on point in their communication with me, and really made for a frictionless experience as a tenant.
