The internet constantly goes out. I'll have to reboot the router/modem multiple times almost every day lately. Try getting ahold of Centric Fiber customer service, and you'll get sent to voicemail. I work in tech, so I can sympathize with the idea that there are many struggles that come with being an internet service provider. I just really hope Centric gets their act together soon, else I'm going to switch providers. As of now, cannot recommend.

Makenzie was very pleasant and patient as she walked us through the payment process. Definitely a great sales person and makes me happy I decided to go with centric fiber as my internet service provider!
Coming from Spectrum for 15 years (I originally had them scheduled, and after 3 mishaps with scheduling, and no confirmation email or phone call the day before install) I decided to utilize the already installed infrastructure. I am very pleased with the ease of activation and answering the questions I had regarding using my own firewall and access points. While I look forward to integrating my home infrastructure and automation with the Centric service, I am hopeful and certain that I made the right decision calling Centric.
Jonathan was absolutely courteous and helpful with the process. He was very detailed with the fiber internet information. Great customer service!!! Thank you Jonathan for your help today.
I've been waiting a week since my initial installation to get internet service with centric. There has been no communication from the company trying to resolve the issue and I've had to call multiple times and multiple different people to basically beg them to do their job. Terrible customer service

Friendly service and excellent communication throughout the set-up process. Definitely a great way to start this contract for internet service.
Makenzie Weaver was very helpful and sweet! I was called back almost immediately to resolve my issue.
Makenzie was incredibly helpful and genuinely eager to help! Her friendly and considerate attitude struck me and made me feel truly cared for. I appreciate her positive approach! Jonathan Villegas was extremely knowledgeable of all services and products your company offers. He called to confirm and discuss our recent order for residential gas installation and what to expect. During our conversation I mentioned having another company coming to install internet service. He took that opportunity to inform us of internet/TV service Centric offers. An exceptional and helpful salesperson! We decided to cancel order with the other provider and go we Centric because he helped two old people (who have had basic cable for the past 26 years) understand what options were available. Thank you for undoubtedly preventing us from making a mistake! Give him a raise/promotion! He went above and beyond to help us with our move.
Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt, answered all of my questions. He was on top of everything. I would personally recommend him to anyone.
Jonathan was very responsive and prompt with communication. He offered detailed information and thorough feedback to my questions. Also very proactive about both verbal communication and sending over written info for me to look over.
Easy process to sign up for services and everything was explained thoroughly by Jet.

Yesterday there was an outage in Southside San Antonio that lasted over 12 hours! Now today, another outage 7 hours and counting! People have to work, need camera access as it is Holiday season! This is just completely unacceptable! I’ve been with you guys since 2021 and I’ve never had these issues! It’s the holidays! Please do better! It’s not even raining! Ugh!

Update on 9Feb2025 - January was the first month without an outage, and then basically had an all day outage on the 8th of Feb. Customer service completely unreachable, and now that I'm trying to call and get credit for the day I was without service, their VM inbox is full yet again. How the hell an ISP has a full voicemail is beyond me. You should have an infinite amount of storage for things like that.
I would avoid doing business with this company unless you like paying for something you don't receive
15 Dec 2024 - I haven’t gone a single month without an outage. I always have to call in to get my credit because they don’t respond to emails, and now their customer service mailbox is somehow full despite being a corporation.
I’m sure it’s full because enough people have been without service this entire day that they’re wondering what exactly it i they’re paying for.
Time for me to go back to spectrum because at least I know I’ll get an automatic credit after four hours.

Every few days internet is out. No one ever answers the phone and no one ever responds to emails. Keeps you in the dark on outages and won’t resolve anything. Awful service all around.
