Thao has been great. Verdict is still out on the company due to lack of communication and still no service after moving in. We are waiting to hear back from contractors on fiber connection.

Frequent outages and take forever to respond. We work from home and need reliable internet for work, this company has been very disappointing.

Terrible service. We have outages multiple times a month lasting for hours sometimes. It could be rainy or sunny, it doesn't matter, service just drops. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now. I am in a newer subdivision. Outages were rare when we first moved in. The more homes that are built, the more consistent the outages have become. Unfortunately, they are the only provider out there at the moment. UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM TO HANDLE THE LOAD!

The internet itself is average. I can’t say its top quality speed for its price. But the reliability is pretty low. Ive had more outages with them in about 7 months than I had in about 2 years with my old provider.
One issue Is the customer service department. While they do have fairly straightforward automated messaging, they do not answer and will send you to a voicemail of sorts after waiting for about 5 minutes on hold. When you eventually get ahold of support I can’t say it’s exactly helpful. They don’t even give you a solid answer about outages or what to expect timeline wise.
I will note the 5 minutes on hold isn’t terrible comparatively but could be avoided by just allowing to opt for a callback
Can’t say I recommend this provider, and I will explore alternatives as soon as they are available in my area.

Wow! Thao worked so quickly and efficiently! Great job! My computer gave me problems connecting to wifi, but he worked his magic and got it working. Could not have received better service! This is new service for me with Centric. So far everything has been wonderful.

Great service provider I’ve never had any issues with them at all. Service can get funky during a storm, but that’s any area, centric always gets us running back up quickly. A a special consideration to the customer service technician namedJacob T was very patient and walked me through reinstallation after I moved to a different apartment. Great service.

The technician was nice and great to talk with. He was helpful and insightful, however, I’m not satisfied with the amount of download speed I have, it’s not great, but hopefully it’ll do. I work from home and need a lot of upload speed to be efficient and I’m not sure how well it will work for me. Yr, I have service non the less and again the technician was very nice.

This is the worse service I ever had. Not reliable, customer service is terrible! They do not communicate. They will tell you one thing but do another. One of their technicians came out to check my internet service to see if everything was good, unfortunately, he arrived and didn’t have ANY knowledge on the service or what to do.They will try to convince you to buy their extenders to get better service on top of paying a monthly bill. Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I called to get my sign on and password set up for my internet. Ryan helped me and had it taken care of in about 5 minutes!! Great service!!

Between 1 and 3 outages of an hour or more EVERY WEEK since we moved in to a Centric only community 3 months ago. I'm really getting angry about this, to the point of researching my legal options.

One of the worst internet companies. They have outages here in Texas every other day and all the maintenance they do doesn't help. I been without internet for 4 hours now and they didn't even know there was a outage until I called. Their technical phone line always rings goes to voice mail that says the agent is helping another customer. If you leave a voice message no one ever respond back. I'm going back to my old internet company which was way better. I would avoid these guys.

I’ve had centric fiber for over a year, and every week or two the internet will go down without notice. This will last anywhere from 4 hours to 4 days.
I am not exaggerating, there have been several weeks where it’s taken them four+ days to fix the connection.
If you were wondering how they keep their prices cheaper than other providers, it’s simple, they only provide you internet half of the time!
Save yourself the headache, avoid centric fiber.

Outages all the time. Please just use Fidium. Much better company for better service and lower prices .

Jesse did a great job and he has a good sense of humor. It took a min but he got it going thank you for your care and support.
Makenzie is an asset to the company. She was Friendly, helpful and very efficient. She was able to help me quickly with my issue and Even propose helpful solutions for the future.
This internet isn’t good. I only have it because it’s the only provider in my area. The amount of of time my internet has an outage with no communication and it takes HOURS for the internet to come back on.

The installation technician, Thao, was very professional, Punctual, and very helpful. He informed me of my options and gave very clear, Concise instructions that was easy to follow. He was great!
