Honestly didn't expect the coat to feel this good. It's structured but still soft, not that stiff kind of wool. I've been wearing it nonstop in New York-it just makes every outfit look more put together.
I’ve been trying to reach customer service regarding a return and they are completely ignoring me. In addition, the link for return customer service automatically opens an email to service at commense (a totally different website). If I don’t hear back, I plan to refute the charges with PayPal/my credit card company
⚠️ This Company is Untrustworthy and Feels Like a Scam ⚠️
I had a terrible experience with this company and want to warn others. They completely ghosted my refund requests and ignored my messages for months. To this day, I still have no clear answer on how to get my money back.
Customer service is basically non-existent. When I asked for a return address, they ignored me, making it impossible to properly send the products back. At no point did I receive clear communication, support, or accountability from this business.
I had a terrible experience with this company who ghosted my requests for a refund! I am finally got news that I will get a refund for my items after filing a complaint via PayPal - 3 months post initial request!!
I shipped the items back to china (yes this company is NOT sustainable and NOT sourcing its clothes from the UK as it insinuates) and then got told they were stuck in customs, only to then have my messages ignored.
Don’t but from this company it is untrustworthy and a scam.
