Arrived in a couple if days and the quality is really good!

Car mats arrived in good time. They absolutely stank (ordered rubber) and it took about a week for the smell to surpass although still not fully.
They fit fine, the real issue I have is that the clips provided were wrong. I reported this to them a day or 2 after delivery and they said they would dispatch the correct ones.
A week passed and nothing received so I emailed to chase only for them to reply and tell me they didn’t know why I was chasing them as my order had been delivered. Explained why (although I’m still confused as to why or how they are unable to read an email thread) and have since been ignored.
Much like everyone else experience here - overall the product is fine but if & when there are any issues you can kiss a resolve goodbye.

I purchased a set of mats in good faith for my BMW X5. Unfortunately, the rear mats began to fall apart within just a few days of use. The quality of them was not what was advertised and very cheaply made.

I contacted Just Car Mats, who responded promptly and advised that replacement mats would be sent out immediately. However, these replacements did not arrive.

I followed up again, and they apologised, confirming the items had not been dispatched and that they would be sent straight away. Despite this assurance, nothing has yet been received.

I have since contacted them again regarding a refund or replacement, but I am now being ignored and have received no further response.

Arrived with zero tracking, and they are totally incorrect for my XC60, the boot mat looks like it's for a tiny car. Emailed but having read the reviews here don't hold out much hope for a resolution, I didn't pay for insurance because frankly if they provide the wrong size mats, it's on them to rectify so the insurance seems like a total con.

Awful avoid at all costs. I ordered cars mats and boot liner, few days later I reveived an email stating they were sending a partial refund of £20 no explaination as to why or what part of my order this related to. Week later car mats arrived minus boot liner so I guess this is what they were refunding. 2 weeks pass no partial refund received, 5 emails sent to various email addresses the company have, not a single reply and still no refund. Luckily I had paid via paypal and had to get my money back raising a dispute on paypal. Awful communication would avoid at all costs!

I ordered car mats and boot liners from Just Car Mats after reading a number of positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
To begin with, the delivery took far longer than originally stated, with absolutely no communication or updates regarding the status of my order. The parcel then arrived unexpectedly without even a dispatch confirmation email.
When the items arrived, the boot mat was clearly the wrong size and appeared unfinished, as it was missing trim. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the item was incorrect and that a replacement would be sent.
I also queried whether the rear car mats were the correct fit, as they did not sit properly in the car. I was asked to send photos, which I did promptly. However, after sending the requested images, I received no further response.
Shortly afterwards, I received a partial refund with no explanation whatsoever as to what the refund was for. I can only assume it related to the incorrect boot mat, despite previously being told that a replacement would be sent out.
I have since emailed again asking for clarification, but my emails are now being completely ignored.
Overall, the service has been very unprofessional from start to finish. I rarely leave negative reviews, but on this occasion I felt it was necessary due to the poor communication, lack of customer service, and unresolved issues with my order.

I would say don't buy from this company. Ordered as set of mats for a Suzuki Splash and took out the insurance in case they didn't fit. The mats arrived and sure enough the drivers side Mat was not even close to being a fit. Contacted company and at first the response was positive. They said they didn't have another pattern for the car so offered a refund. I did some research and found that the picture on their site for the vauxhall Agila had the mat to the shape and size I wanted. The cars were basically badge engineered variants of the same model. Just car mats agreed they could do this on the understanding that if it didn't fit I would not be able to return it. I agreed to these terms and they said the replacement mat would be received Friday of the following week. It is now 4 weeks later and no mat has been received and the company is not responding to any emails. As many have previously stated the insurance would appear to be worthless and they do not have a published phone number. The insurance is nothing more than a scam. I am now going to report them to trading standards and commence proceedings in the small claims court

Ordered the premium carpet mats with the fitting insurance on the basis of a promised tailored fit. The quality and construction of the mats is really good but the issue is that the size fitting is terrible compared to other aftermarket brands. There is no way they are tailored - some of the measurements are 3-4 cm off.

As others have reported, the real problem is that the insurance offered is worthless and the response (if you can get one) from the company is terrible. If you have an issue, rather than honour the insurance you’ve paid extra for they simply cancel and refund it!

The way they handle issues is disappointing because they could so easily offer acceptable solutions but just don’t bother. Despite offering decent mats in terms of quality I would caution against buying from this company as they don’t seem to invest in ensuring the correct fit, or in resolving issues

Shocking company poor communication still waiting for my order avoid

My Subaru mats were in a state, worn and a hole in driver's mat. Never ordered mats online before, there are so many car mat firms. After checking a few I was impressed with this company as entering my Reg. No. it brought up my exact vehicle not some random model 2015 to 2019 etc like the other sites. Dale was very helpful as Subaru changed floor shape so he sent me a photo of two types of mat to ensure I got the correct ones.
Very pleased with mats, look good with the white trim, there was a minor problem which I fixed myself after being in touch with Dale again.

Just got my car mats for my mk6 golf 2012. They fit perfect top quality 10/10 I went for nearly all add ons. I went for the sport badge on the mats really happy with them. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Ordered mats for a Volvo XC40 with their ‘fit’ insurance. After 10 days, mats arrived and didn’t fit. Sent email and no reply. Tried to phone (number is on PayPal) but out of use. Claimed via PayPal and got money back straight away.
Mat quality seems OK (never unwrapped them), but service dreadful. AVOID!!

Ordered mats for my car it was unbelievably cheap for 4 mats, after getting them delivered they fitted straight into my car perfectly with no drama at-all.

Very impressed by them.
