Wrong wine delivered and no customer service.
I ordered La giososa superiore and received the ordinary one. I have written to beviqua as requested with photo and invoice but heard nothing. I could have bought the ordinary Prosecco cheaper at the supermarket.

No explanation from supplier who confirmed a refund would be applied
