Good communication but let down!
I ordered a bottle of mead I have been struggling to get hold of in the U.K. for months as a gift for a friend. I was contacted to say it was shipping then again to say that it could not be shipped because it was damaged and it was the final one they had. I appreciated the communication, but was very disappointed that I could not get the product.

Wrong year delivered. No response from Cellier
The goods were delivered on time thank you but…
You advertised 2020 and I received 2021. I sent an email and got no response.

Count your order
I would have given the company 5 stars as it was easy to place my order, the wine arrived very quickly and was well packaged to protect the bottles. Unfortunately I had ordered and paid for 6 bottles but only 5 arrived. I emailed Cellier customer service and they refunded me for the missing bottle. However, I did not receive any apology or explanation. They can do better.
