It's my first time of buying from Celie hair and I was scared initially but to my greatest surprise, the hair came very very beautiful. The 200g is so full and the color is so rich. I'm really impressed with both the hair and their service

It was a little hiccup where I thought that they delivered my wig to another address, but it was a mishap and they assured me that they delivered to the correct address and location and if I didn’t get it they sent me what all to do next which I loved.they where concerned and making sure I was going to get my package one way or another. Nonetheless I love my wig and will be ordering more!

I found this hair company myself and I was skeptical at 1st. OMG I am sooooo happy I found Celie Hair. I'm never buying my U/V part wigs from anywhere else.I mean this Customer service is beauti-ful, It was so wonderful to have someone to work with so so nice and patient. It came fairly quick a little less than a week maybe.But best of all is the HAIR I'm literally in Love. IM already eyeing another one.
Im so happy I found them.

Can things get any better??? Yes !!! My hair is legit amazing !!! I’m so super pleased. It’s nice and full and the bounce is incredible . 14 inches 200 .. an absolute winner . Customer service 100% . Hair was delivered in a week and came with tonnes of goodies too

Better than what I expected
The team from Celie hair were so helpful when I put the wrong address. Very prompt. When I finally did get my wig, definitely worth the wait and what I wanted, didn’t expect the hair to be that soft. Definitely going to purchase from them again.

Fake Reviews & FAKE HAIR DO not buy.
Fake Reviews DO NOT BUY.
The hair i recieved was not real hair. Theyre scamming people and targeting black people by their advertisements.
The hair i ordered for 250% density- and when i recieved it, i wouldn't even give it 100% density. The hair was also matting and acutally felt like it was synthetic.
I originally had posted an honest review, but they made me take it down for a full refund (which i was entitled for anyway) and i did. But I am re writing my review as my concience wont allow me keep quiet knowing that these ppl are scamming others and getting away with it.
DO NOT BUY LADIES.
As you can see from the response below, they are trying to discredit my review, by mentioning my other reviews to other companies (3 to be exact 😂) Ladies if you look at all the 1 star reviews on here- we are all pretty much saying the same thing with this company - you do the math.

As a pioneers which has over 15 years' hair experience in the wig industry, we can promise you that all of our hair are 100% human hair and we gained lots of loyal customers. When you reach out us said that don't like it, we provided you serval solutions for you to choose. Finally return and refund method reached.
The refund was for returning our product, now we are still waiting for you to honor this agreement love. We totally understand shopping online may get something didn't suit us, that's why we have 30 days no reason return to protect consumer's rights. But we don't know why you unwilling to return the hair when you described it terriblely. By the way, we found all your reviews on trustpilot are negative reviews for many different vendors, pls don't earn money like this.
We have excellent customer service and treated every customer sincerely, aims to bring happy shopping experience to everyone.

I’ve bought hair from celie a few times…
I’ve bought hair from celie a few times now. Admittedly hasn’t always been right first time but they have always rectified the situation and given me a number of points resulting in generous discounts. They are also very good at replying to you quickly and honestly and keep consistent communication. My last wig was perfect and I’ll definitely be buying from celie again. Delivery is super quick too.
