I had a great experience with Celie Hair. The customer service was absolutely amazing—very kind, patient, and attentive. Celie truly cares about her customers and makes sure everything is handled properly. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout the process.
In my opinion, Celie Hair offers the best 100% human hair. The quality is excellent, very natural, soft, and exactly as described. I always buy my hair from them, and this is the only place I shop. I have no intention of changing. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Celie Hair and will definitely order again!

My experience was great
My experience was great. The communication was smooth, I’m honestly impressed with the quality of this hair. It’s very soft, true to length, and has no shedding or tangling. It looks natural and holds up really well. Definitely good quality, and I’m satisfied.

I can honestly say this hair is just beautiful. I got so many ppl asking me where I got my hair done. All I did was cut my little lace and spray my ebin lace melt and went out. No need to curl wax or anything. Will try other hair.

Order placed Jan 20 with a promised 2–4 day delivery. Over a week later, the package never arrived and tracking showed it looping in California with constantly changing delivery dates. Poor communication and misleading shipping information. On top of that, the hair sheds excessively. Would not recommend.

We noticed the recent logistics issues a few days ago and contacted the courier company immediately. They replied that due to the severe weather conditions caused by the recent blizzard in the United States, transfers in some area were difficult, resulting in some delays in logistics. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these unforeseen circumstances. Under normal circumstances, shipping times are very fast.
Regarding the hair shedding you mentioned, could you provide some hair pic when you contact us pls? It's normal for there will be some floating hair after the hair is newly made, this will better after a few combings. I ordered from this company a few times and they never disappoint the hair is great quality curls, wash and straighten well the hairline is everything and very easy to blend. Even if u are new to applying a wig u will find the process very easy to apply.

Celie Hair is the best!
I’ve been buying hair from Celie Hair now since 2022. Every time I bought a wig, I was very satisfied. Great quality, length as described, fast shipping, fair prices and reliable costumer service.
They are also understanding and friendly. You can reach out every time via WhatsApp or email and they respond very fast.
All the wigs I’ve bought are still in great condition, even the old ones I style and wear daily! I would always recommend Celie Hair. It’s the only hair vendor I trust. I will forever only buy there!

The customer service was phenomenal. I ordered the wig from a TikTok commercial on 11/18 and it was delivered by 11/24. I was out of town when it arrived so I didn’t get to install it until 12/2. It’s been installed since then and I’ve washed it twice already. This is what it looks like on 1/2 (one month). It’s so full which I love! The lace I’m having issues with bc I did not bleach the knits but I’ll def be ordering again! I usually strictly order from LuvMe so this was a nice switch up.
