Poor quality and design
Poor quality and design - nothing like shown on their website. A Chinese company with an English name to confuse you. Very slow delivery too. I bought a black LUNA Women's Tailored Long sleeve collared blouse (£28.95). Right after I was offered 10% off when buying a second item, so I ordered the same blouse in white - but I was charged full price for both items (£57.9) and it isn't even the same design! Now, after a few emails trying to get a refund, they tried to convince me to keep the items and get a ridiculous refund and a 50% discount on my next shop... Like I would ever trust them again after this awful experience! They ask for me to cover delivery expenses for sending back to China, with tracking delivery... How's this a "hustle free return", as they claim on their website??

Would not recommend, returns policy is awful as is quality
Ordered dress for my daughter over £40,was too short so looked to return . You have to email the company as returns are to China and the customer has to send it back tracked delivery which can take up to 3 weeks before a refund is given . They offered for me to keep the dress order a bigger size and get 40% off or keep dress and they would refund 20% of the cost which was just over £8 . You think as the company name is Celeste London you are ordering from a UK company so can return - it’s not and you can’t do my advice would be avoid . The quality of the dress was also not very good , I would liking it to SHEIN. I would definitely not recommend this company

Order hasn't arrived
Order hasn't arrived. Links to website and track my order no longer work. No way of contacting seller to find out if order will EVER arrive.
Order finally arrived after repeated emails and chasing. Item is of poor quality and fit considering price. Very disappointed. Would like to return it and get a refund, but feel that I won't be successful as it's no available on the website, as it's been removed

THIS PAGE/STORE IS A SCAM, AVOID IT!
This site is a confirmed scam with awful quality to top: The overall quality and even the packaging and presentation of the clothing is beyond awful and NOTHING like what is portrayed on the website. It is by far much worse than "fast-fashion".
Shipping and delivery take a while and do not be fooled by their Return/Refund policy: they will repeatedly try to lure you into an exchange and delay their response - which in turn delays your ability to even start the return/refund process in their favor.
UPDATE: If you have any doubt that they are a scam, this is the address they will tell you to send things back to (AFTER repeatedly trying to get you to exchange, and at your expense):

Picked up the victor shirt in navy and I’ve already worn it a lot. The fabric feels comfy but still good for work. I ordered two items for the discount and it made sense. Delivery came with updates and no problems.

Classy look that still feels easy
I got the beatrice set for a dinner and it looked really nice on. The fabric feels soft and sits well on the body. I was unsure about the size but it turned out just right. It has that classy look but still easy to wear.

Cheap China made items
The item I bought (dress) was absolutely not as described. It stinks, is very cheaply made. You can tell it’s come straight from China and is not worth the money I paid for it. Ive literally paid over £30 for the courier of a dress that prob worth pennies to make. This site is not as it states. I’m not sure why it says UK as the clothes are not coming from there. The tracking confirmed this
