Utter rubbish & Complete scam
If iI could give this company 0 stars i would. It markets itself as a uk based company through the name and the website address but is based in china. The quality of the items is awful complete rubbish, the sizing of the items is inaccurate i bought an xl which was supposed to be suitable for size 20-22 it was more like a 12-14 and the returns process is impossible. After numerous emails offering discounts and exchanges that I repeatedly said I didn’t want, the only returns option was to ship back to China at my expense. Complete scam

AVOID! Horrendous material and returns
Horrendous material/quality, shipping details are false as they are drop shipping from china hence why it takes forever to come. Returns policy is even worse, they expect you to return to the factory in china where they drop ship the items from often costing more than the item itself — an obvious tactic to deter returns. Outright criminals if you ask me. Company has no relevance to London nor the UK. Simply using it for marketing tactics. I wouldn’t even accept the item if it was free. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

It’s not a London company
It’s not a London company, it’s a third party china company. Fabric was horrible, return is almost impossible because it’s a china address and you get to bear the cost. DO NOT waste your time patronizing them.

Awful - don’t get scammed
I ordered two dresses in two different sizes - they arrived in the cheapest material and there is no option for me to return or get a refund. They have not responded to me.

Awful to deal with and awful cheap quality
Awful quality, sizing was out and communication is poor. And just so everyone is aware the name celeste london uk is a scam. it comes from china and trying to get a refund is near on impossible- the return address is at your own expense- to china- they sent me the return address and if i could post a photo i would so everyone can see the emails from them.

Clothing very poor quality and not as shown on website. Have been advised by them to return goods to china at my own expense and then they will decide if I will be refunded. Already lost £80 in one order and don't want to loose any more by returning. Wish I had seen reviews first and wouldn't have ordered from them. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Very clearly a drop shipping scam
Very clearly a drop shipping scam. Item ordered. When I realised it had not even shipped several days later (missing the event it was needed for) I asked them to cancel and refund and they said they couldn’t because it was “processing”. A business should be able to cancel and refund an order before it has shipped. They told me I have to wait for it and then send it back. Looking at these reviews that will take months as they clearly just drop ship low quality items directly from a factory in china and never handle the product themselves, have no UK facility etc. Avoid.

Item not as described and barriers to return and full refund.
Item was not of good quality, wrong colour compared to what was displayed on the website. When wanting a refund they say that i am responsible for the shipping cost which is approx 20quid as its coming from China, despite the website 'suggesting' its a UK based company an on digging its registered in Netherlands and ships from China. Scammers. Don't trust this company or buy from them

Don’t buy from this company
Ordered the Beatrice trouser suit for a wedding. Waited 3 weeks and it was horrendous! The trousers are see thru with shorts underneath!!
The quality is just so bad, and sizing bad, I ordered a 14 and I had to squeeze into them, I’d say a they are a 10.
I emailed for a refund and the reply was “we have tracked your order and are happy to say it has been delivered “!
What?? Obviously it’s been delivered, I’m asking for a refund…
Update: offered 10% refund or I have to pay to return tracked to China, and only if they are satisfied will they consider refund!
I Have started a dispute with my credit card company as seems the only way forward.

Ordered a dress and sizing and quality are not as advertised
Ordered a dress and it has arrived today - followed their Size chart for the Avelisse dress and sized up to XL and this dress has arrived tiny.
Fabric looks nothing like it does in the image and as stated in previous reviews- this is a Chinese warehouse not the front the website says where they state "sketching designs" etc etc.
I've asked for a refund although reading these vreviews im glad I paid on my credit card as it seems that getting any money back from the comoany is going to be a nightmare.

Better than expected for work
I bought the graham suit for a work thing and it was better than I thought. The fit looks clean and not cheap like some others online. I didn’t even need to get it altered which is rare for me. Shipping was free and came pretty quick too.

I received the wrong item now refusing to arrange a return
I received the wrong item. Read their policies online and it states that if the item arrives damaged or incorrect they will cover the cost of return shipping just email their customer care
Emailed customer care to ask them to arrange a return and they are now saying shipping costs are covered by me all the way back to China, which is completely different to their information online
The other options i was offered was to keep the wrong item and get either 20% refund or they will give me 40% off to buy it again meaning I’m out of pocket each way for an error on their part
I just wanted to return the item with them covering the shipping costs like they stated and get a refund
