Marc was very helpful helping me with my debt he made me feel at ease when talking with him as I felt very nervous about dealing with my debts he answered all my questions and was very patient with Me while I got all the information for him that was needed

Was contacted by Stephen who put me at ease right away...it was a stressful time but after a complete explanation of the next steps I needed to take, I felt a weight had been lifted from me. The whole process was simple and I now make a monthly payment which is affordable to me to reduce my debt and I can now get my finances back on track. I would highly recommend this company if you have debt issues.

Tbh they dont deserve even one star review, i received there email about help with debts but when i contacted them nobody got back to me i had to call them to get information, at first it sounded fine and it was going well after awhile things went down hill i was getting no information i was getting told they were sending emails to me witch i didn't receive so i decided to stop and find another company who has helped and gave information and keeped me up to date with what was happening

CDM and Michael, in particular, made this stressful moment of our life easier to navigate through. He was always on the other end of the phone for any query, to clarify any issue related to the IVA process. He was there when we needed a bit more reassurance regarding the process. We now are doing our part of the agreement knowing that up %60 of the debt has been written off but we still contribute towards the debt with a fixed payment. I feel confident now and hoping for a brighter future. Thank you Michael.

Very sketchy, I appreciate there could be fees involved but the agent could not give me any indication of what they might be or even the mechanism for calculating them before they wanted my D.O.B and financial information. As soon as I started asking what I thought were reasonable questions the agent started to act like a scammer and couldn't get off the phone quick enough. I think it's pretty reasonable to question how fees are calculated before divulging personal details. He then put the phone down on me when I obviously wasn't a mark.

EDIT...in response to the above, see below, they just confirm that they wanted personal details before discussing any solution. They already knew my age, income and debt amount along with a host of other things. Surely I could be told at the very least the way fees are calculated 🤷‍♂️. Like I said sketchy...those giving good reviews probably aren't even aware that they are paying fees.

John has been outstanding throughout. He advised me of all my options and was amazing at explaining the process of the solution I decided on! He was always on the other end of the phone with a quick reply! If you’re struggling contact John! Best decision ever made
