Item delivered on time and in good condition.
Item came with a European mains plug not a UK one: cctech apologised and offered to send a UK one to me. There was no manual with the item; cctech offered tech support to assist with set up plus a link to an online copy of the manual.
At the time of purchase cctech were offering the best price in the market by about £20 (on a £450 purchase).

I chose a monitor to augment an existing one of almost the same design and it was delivered FOC within 24 hours.
Great service by the carrier and by the customer service man, with whom I spoke on the 'phone, twice.

Technical expertise and wide product list.
The team at CCKTech solved my problems by clarifying my choices and then finding the hardware which I needed at a good price . I was so pleased to be able to use their expertise and learn a bit along the way. Next time I need more hardware they will be my first prt of call.

Customer service was fantastic
Unknown to me there would have been a wait for the HD I had ordered. James got in touch straight away to either give me the choice of waiting or suggesting another product which could be despatched immediately. As it was a good alternative I went with the other product as I was needing a new HD pretty quickly. Thanks for the speedy delivery and help with this order.
