A very good prodcut
The description of the product was accurate (Lacie Storage device) and the website easy to use. The product when delivered was as I expected. It was easy to install on my MacBook Air in connection with Time Machine. I am very pleased with it. Ccktech were efficient with processing my order and delivered it the next day exactly when they said they would.

Professional media specialists with great customer service
I've purchased many times from ccktech now and every time I've been happy that I've bought the right products and received good value from them.
Their pre-sales and customer service teams are great - there was an issue with one order and after a single phone call it was all sorted. I needed some advice on a product so I gave them a call and had my questions answered - surprisingly few companies offer this level of service but I'm a happy customer and will shop with them again in the future without hesitation.

I hate spam
I hate spam. I bought something a few months ago and made sure I ticked the no sales emails.
But they spammed me anyway!
I clicked the unsubscribe link in the email - but that doesn't work - just goes to their home page.
Why do companies think spamming customers who said no to spam think its a good idea!
I've attempted to contact their customer support to be taken off their spam list.
Given their poor privacy record I hate to think how many other spammers they passed my details to!
