Hi was pointed in CB1 direction by a good friend of mine as I suffer with really bad outer hip pain and I have for 3yrs.
I have been on all sorts of painkillers and physio therapy and nothing helps...
I got my prescription from CB1 and the process was effortless and so friendly.
And yes the prescription works a treat.

So professional the way they help you since joining my health my stress my aches and pains improved immensely the product first class thank you so much for improving the quality of my life

It’s really easing pain in shoulder

The customer service almost laugh at you because they know you have messed up by joining them and you will have no medication when you need it, the way they talk to you trying to explain some stupidness that makes no sense and they really want to explain it to you when you know it's crap, just because you've read out it something on a piece of paper doesn't mean the patient is going to be happy, your system is crap, no medication for 7 days because these people want to spy on you and keep resetting your medication charging you £5.60 extra if you mess up and split your prescription, normal clinics will give you a monthly prescription when it's finished it's finished ,then on to the next month's prescription,

I have been a patient at cb1 for over a year now and its a great clinic I have been with 2 other clinics this is by far the best on costs
I do wish they were prescribing concentrates though

Prior to this incident, I would probably have rated CB1 around 4.5 stars. My experience with their medical services had generally been very positive.

Unfortunately, that changed when a signed-for prescription delivery went missing.

The parcel was marked as signed for while I was not at home. I explained that I could show it was impossible for me to have been at the address at the time and offered to provide evidence if needed.

At first, I was told to contact Royal Mail directly, but Royal Mail said the sender needed to raise the claim. CB1 then took over, and staff have generally been polite and responsive.

My main concern has been the communication around the claim. I was first told the investigation would usually take 3-7 working days, then that it could take up to 30 days, and later that Royal Mail system issues were causing further delays.

I also received conflicting information about when the claim had actually been raised. During one call, I was given an explanation and asked if it could be confirmed in writing, but shortly afterwards I was called back and told the situation was different after a discussion with another member of staff.

I appreciate that Royal Mail may ultimately be responsible for the delay, and I do not doubt that staff have tried to help. However, the changing information and lack of clarity have damaged the trust and confidence I previously had in the service.

At the time of writing (40 days), the matter remains unresolved, and I would not currently recommend the service based on my experience handling this issue.

Have had a good experience so for with CB1 Medical. From initial enquiry to consultation with a doctor and receiving my medication was within a week’s time frame. My only downside is need to wait to my next consultation to request stronger medications as the prescribed starting amount has very little effect on me.

I got my medical prescription two months ago and I have been thoroughly impressed with CB1.
The whole process, from initial call to first delivery, was seamless.
The support and knowledge I've received from CB1 has been beyond helpful and they offer an incredible range of products.
All in all the process has been smooth and straight forward with streamlined, user friendly and hassle free user interfaces.
Would happily recommend to other patients.

AVOID. This company (Aimen) has taken my information from my GP and are claiming they don’t have and instead closed the case. My GP confirmed they do indeed have it and were providing incorrect details at first which was the first alarm bell. I am now considering reporting to the police as all I am getting back is copy and pasted responses with lies. I am very concerned someone like this has my sensitive, private patient summary information. This is a huge GDPR concern. DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO THIS COMPANY TO APPROACH YOUR G.P - they are incompetent and take your details then close the case. I will be contacting police today.

Suffering from anxiety and depression (since my late teens now in my mid 30’s) which had been unresponsive to traditional types of medicine ssri’s and therapy, CB1 has been a game changer for me and my family who also benefit.

Been with them a year now, CB1 have been very accommodating when it comes to the necessities of my medication, their delivery is usually next day or at the latest the day after which is always prompt and recorded. The consultants and specialists are all very kind and approachable. Happy to recommend them to friends and don't see myself changing in the future at all

Worst patient treatment i have ever received porducts constantly out of stock have waited 3 weeks for prescription and atill have no medication and now really struggling with pain management and sleep as they have failed to supply medication h8ghly recomend avoiding cb1 medical worst customer service. Arranged meeting with chief operating officer duw to raising a complaint and they failed to attend the appontment and will not return emails

I felt so at ease during my consultation and the process was so easy to do.

Very helpful and seems to be ligit… All I know is that Releaf was absolutely fleecing me for money. I’m hoping that CB1 has better ethics. So far the stage looks good.

I have used CB1 for a year now, yet to experience any problems, amazing service so far. The consultants are very helpful and there are no scamming consultancy fees like other clinics.

I have been with CB1 for a while after transferring from a different clinic. I have found them very professional, helpful and responsive. They dont require you to have paid, regular consultations. I just had my 6 month consultation for free. If I've ever had any issues someone has always responded within 24hours and I always receive emails letting me know dates they are closed over bank holidays etc. Strains do come and go quite quickly but they have a huge amount of irradiated and non irradiated flower to choose from as well as vape cartridges, gummies and oils. I can only compare them to my last company and CB1 are miles ahead based on my experience.

Bad ordering process told one thing didn't happen. Only able to place half my order due to their online error, told they would hold first order until total order complete and send as one (I didn't want to pay two postage at £5.59 a time !!! However they then sent first order regardless and I still can't complete the other half of the order due to a technical problem their end. This is a big step for me and first time purchase, so far not impressed.

Fast delivery and not a rip off like Releaf is. You don't have to keep paying for consultations just to get your prescription.

Telephone call on time. Dr introduced himself. Enquired about my symptoms and how affects me day to day. Enquired regarding current and past medication. Advised that I met the criteria to receive private prescriptions. Dr suggested that I commence on low dose with dummies. Dosage explained. Queries answered.
Very satisfied with service.
