Excellent service from start to finish.

Contacted immediately by representative, Connor, clear delivery dates given. I needed to change delivery address, that was acknowledged and dealt with efficiently, washing machine delivered 3 days after ordering. Driver contacted the night before, updated time of arrival the next morning and rang when 30 mins away. Couldn't ask for better service all round.

From making an initial enquiry to delivery and operation, the advice given, as to which washing machine was suitable for my needs (horse rugs and calf rugs) was very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic company only thanks to Mia Birtwistle what an amazing member of staff I only hope she is respected and rewarded accordingly knowledge of product taking order taking payment and dealing with your dispatch department ie courier company what a headache they are but yes she sorted it all out for me will definitely be using her again in the future and she follows up on everything a total credit to her customer service skills those people are very few out there these days and it becomes a privilege spending my money with her I will give her 100 stars out of 10 please thank her personally from me

Caterkwik were by far the best value price available and the unit was despatched and delivered swiftly. With this being a safety issue this was paramount.

Be careful of poor quality equipment and warranty’s that aren’t worth the paper they are written on.
I purchased a buffalo twin tank table top fryer from this company which has failed after 4 weeks of operation, I reported this as it is under warranty to be advised some days later that the unit has to be returned to manufacturer for repair, back to base, I was then advised I’m responsible for finding suitable packaging to prepare it for collection and that im responsible if it arrives back damaged! Then advised that the repair can take 10- 14 days to repair and return so at best we will be without this fryer for 3 weeks, not ideal for any kitchen operation, when I raised a complaint about this I was advised that what else would I expect when I purchased a low quality item that was cheap! I asked why would they be selling items that are of low quality , and just because something is less expensive should we then expect it to be low quality and fail within 4 weeks, and why would a reputable company be selling such items and not warning customers of the dangers of buying equipment that is not produced with reliable component’s.
All in this is just really poor and paying nearly £400.00 for a table top fryer is not nothing !
But I guess it is treated as nothing by this company so beware and ensure you fully understand and ready what exactly your warranty is going to get you, as I have also been advised I can not return the item now and ask for refund. As that’s not something they can do either!

From ordering to receiving my equipment

Ordered a Cater-Cool CK6028 28 Bottle Single Door Commercial Wine Cooler for my kitchen. It’s built for commercial use but as it’s black and glass it looks very good for my use. As it also has 2 years warranty for the price it’s a steal compared to others asking almost double the price. Ordered and delivery date set was easy to do. Now the problem I had was with delivery carrier used as he was contracted by Cater Kwik to deliver my cooler as it did not need a Cater Kwik
lorry He got lost. Finally arrived and as Box was at front door and i said i was going to check condition so went indoors to get scissors to cut binding tape to open box. Driver had gone back to van and drove off. Unit had a couple of dings to side. Phoned up to explain my problem and Cater Kwik sorted it out for me. Excellent service overall with Cater Kwik. Thank you
