Quick delivery, also notified me when an item came back in stock after I used the notify me option.
Reasonable prices and also easy to communicate to customer service via whatsapp

Have used this company several times they have never failed five star service order today receive tomorrow no problems at all, just call to confirm. always polite helpful friendly. you could teach a lot of companies about customer service

I called up catering24 as another supplier had sent me the wrong goods and had to wait 3-4 days for return and refund ! When I spoke to Hayley she quickly helped me find the items required and offered me a next day delivery which was fantastic !!!

We're a new business and have been using catering24 for most of our packaging. I find their items hit and miss.

Their leak-proof deli pots are not leak-proof. One lot of cups looked plain white online but had green text on them. We've had espresso lids not fit cups (apparently our fault for ordering the wrong ones) and their 8/12 Oz coffee cup sleeves do not fit the cups we buy very well.

In spite of the above, most items work well for us e.g. salad boxes, greaseproof deli paper, twist handle bags....

However, although customer service is friendly and easy to reach, their return policy is ridiculous. They don't accept returns if the box has been opened (even if the contents are useless) and have tried to charge us shipping fees for returns.

I will be looking for a new supplier altogether as the above just does not work for us. Our business enjoys building good relationships with our suppliers and I find this particular one stressful. I recommend purchasing with caution!!

Hayley from customer service has been really helpful every time I have a problem with an order or generally if I have an inquiry.
It always feels like someone is taking care of you, and values you as a customer.

Cannot fault the service, first time using this company, had a query i messaged over WhatsApp, a few hours later it was answered and i placed an order, received the item the following day, will be using again and highly recommend!

Use this company very often their products are always spot on and on time. Great service but not always the cheapest so I shop around as I am a very small business.
