Promise next day but don’t come and…

Promise next day but don’t come and paid for next day and ordered before 4 as stated on there website
I did wait in till 8pm and it come after we went out so no it did not come as promised

We are a little bemused by your review, as you are well aware that Royal Mail attempted delivery the very next day as requested. However, since you weren’t home, they were unable to complete the delivery, unless, of course, you were expecting them to leave your parcel unattended.

All delivery timeframes are estimates, as they must account for common courier variables such as traffic conditions, accidents, weather, and other unforeseen factors that can impact deliveries nationwide. For example, if an estimated delivery time is 8:00 PM but the courier arrives at 8:10 PM, this is due to circumstances beyond our control.

Your claim in this review is unfortunately inaccurate. You selected next-day delivery, and Royal Mail arrived at your address the next day as scheduled. The only reason the delivery wasn’t completed was that no one was available to receive it, which is certainly not an error on our part. You have given us a 1 star review for you not being home to receive your delivery which we feel is unfair, however we appreciate your feedback. Thank you for your custom.

Extremely pleased with the purchase I made. Quick, easy and fab price for the quality of the garment. Quick and efficient delivery came very well packaged and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend and will be purchasing from here again.
