Ugly shoes that were too small. I tried to return them, however, the best I could get was. 30% refund. They suck. Whatever you do, stay away from them

Horrible shoes. Do not purchase. Very very cheaply made. Very long delivery time. I’m not going to try to send them back probably will never see my money returned. They are made and come from China. I know most manufacturers work with China but these one are the lowest quality. Do not purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! No return policy. Only 20% refund.

Buy a pair of shoes… IF you’re lucky and you like them and want to keep them, here’s what ya do.

Go to their return email and tell them that you don’t like the shoes . They’ll tell you to keep them , and will give you 20% money back. So you’ll get to keep them and get a little money back! Voila! Ha! Tricks on them! .
(They’re crap shoes anyway).

But if you have to return, they make you ship overseas which is a lot more than the shoes are worth.

Best bet…. DONT BUT FROM HERE!!! Don’t get scammed like I did !

These shoes are awful. I never order things without checking reviews but this was a slip on my usual judgement. The shoes are extremely cheap looking with clashing Velcro straps that began to curl immediately. I swear the shoes got scuffed up before I even began to walk! What a waste of $$ - buyer beware!!

First, I should say, I should have known better and read the reviews before I made the purchase. I believe this is a prime example of "bait and switch". The storefront on Facebook and their website shows beautifully crafted European like shoes. However, what arrived in a paper and plastic wrapped package - no box- was NOTHING like those in the photographs in the ads. What arrived are plastic and fake suede with netting (Vegan leather ha!), poorly constructed, odd colored look-alikes in the wrong size - both pairs.
I have sent five emails asking for the return instructions. What I keep getting back are offers of discounts (up to 30%; these shoes are bargain basement quality) or a replacement size for an additional $19.99 for shipping!!
I will refute the charges on my cc, and I will report them to FTC and META. Don't waste your money!

I wish I could assign a zero. This company is a complete scam. The shoes I ordered are hideous - nothing like website photos - and they smell to high heaven of plastic. The mailing address did not say “Casten” anything, but was a woman’s name in Rancho Cucamonga CA. No invoice in package or instructions for returns. Do NOT purchase from them.

I can't give no stars, but I would. The shoes I received looked nothing like the photos. They are cheap and flimsy. They say they will refund only %20 . Don't buy from them!

This company stealing money without any decency. They sent the wrong sizes of shoes then refused to return and refund your money. Coming from China without any quality and the picture on the website doesn’t reflect the reality. Please don’t buy anything from them

I bought 2 pair of shoes, which came from China. They were the wrong size and looked very cheap. They ran me around for close to a week when I asked for a refund and found that returning them, with tracking would cost 100+ dollars. They ' graciously' gave me a 30% refund which was a fraction of what I paid. I couldn't track my purchase because everything was in Chinese, so they get you with tracking for a return. Without tracking it would have cost 35.00. Do not buy from this company

Like several other people, I wish that I had read the reviews before spending $1073 on junk with no lids. I asked to cancel the order the next day and was refused. I asked to return the items and was told that I had to ship to China at my expense, even though the pans came from 2 different warehouses in CA. I contacted the Consumer Protection Services and got no help. I contacted the AGs in CA and WA and again, got no help. So I am stuck with a few pans, no lids, and an incomplete order that no one in our justice system will help correct or prevent. I emailed the company and listed out the missing items and got no response. So I went to their website and it states that they closed their old website and will be opening a new one. Their scammy ways must have caught up to them!

I have had the worst experience ever and am chasing and chasing my refund. The items arrived 5 weeks after they were ordered having been told it would be 5 days. They arrived too late and i had to return the items at my own expense. 6 months later and i am still chasing the refund.

I bought this item in June 2025 and it’s still in excellent condition. The shipping took a while, but it was worth the wait.

i actually bought this last year but I didnt get the chance to review. I like the pans, i only but one to try and i like how sturdy it is and non stick (make sure to season it). ill buy again once i have the budget. thank you

I ordered some titanium pans. Rather than a family company as their website implies these are manufactured sourced & sent from China. I placed the order & spent £160. After many weeks I tracked the parcel. It was finally ‘out for delivery’.
Never delivered. Apparently ’damaged in transit’.
Weeks later after chasing they informed me they would send again.
Same thing happened.
Contacted again. No response.
This was during September/October/Nov 2025.
Now in January. No products. No refund.
Casten & Co have not contacted me about the situation. I contacted them via their form on their website. No response to date.

You should include instructions how to season the pan because not all of us knew that. Nevertheless, i like the quality. Thank you for the good buy!

I regret i didn’t read the reviews before i spent $200. Piece of trash. I don’t trust the quality to cook my food on it. What am i gonna do with this thing?! I sent an email to return but likely I cannot.

Ist part of order came today in a poorly packed box with one pan nicked and rough metal and the top dented. The othe frying pan was poorly made with metal ripples around the pan. I bought a complete set of pans only discover no lids come with them even though they are being sold as a set. Will wait to see how large order arrives. The pots were supposed to have Casten logo on the to show that they were genuine Casten pots and neither had any logos so the are copies which wasn't what I was ordering! Paid way more than this quality order should cost. Very disappointed and will work to get money back!

Love the nonstick and the comfortable handle. Food just slides.

The pan it totally devoid of any non-stick qualities. Complete rubbish and waist of money. Avoid

Took too long to be shipped, but the quality is good.
