I was confirmed by their agents that I used over £10,000 on this site.

When I asked about my cashback options I was told to check my account section, when I checked my account section there was nothing there so I was asked to send an email to support.

I asked for a gratuity bonus or a vip manager and I was told I have no vip manager and there was no bonus to give me.

It's clear that this site and it's partner sites

I am a regular player and for the record I have never had problems with Getting paid out my issue is that as a regular player when you go to promotions and you opt-in they don't apply this has been happening all week I have sent emails to my casino host with absolutely no response.
