I am extremely concerned and disappointed with the situation I am currently dealing with involving Foxy Bingo.

I discovered that an account had been created using my details without my knowledge or permission. I did not create this account, I did not sign up for Foxy Bingo, I did not complete any verification process, and I did not provide any identification documents such as a passport or driving licence.

Despite this, my payment card was used on the account and transactions were made that I did not authorise.

As soon as I became aware of this, I contacted Foxy Bingo and reported it as a suspected fraudulent account and unauthorised use of my card. I also contacted my bank, Revolut, who advised me to contact the merchant directly while the transactions were still pending, as the merchant may be able to reverse or refund the payments.

Foxy Bingo confirmed that the matter had been escalated to their Risk Operations Team. However, despite explaining the urgency and the fact that this involved my bank card being used on an account I never created or verified, I have mainly been told to wait for an email update once their investigation is complete.

My concern is how an account could be opened, used, and have transactions processed without my involvement or identity verification. I want a full investigation into how this happened and for all unauthorised deposits and withdrawals to be reversed or refunded where possible.

I am simply asking for this matter to be resolved quickly, for my funds to be returned, and for Foxy Bingo to provide clear answers about how this account was created and used without my consent.

This website is a scam; created account and deposited money. When the page refreshed I was logged out, when I tried to log back in I used the Apple passkey I’d just created to autofill and when I did it said “this account doesn’t exist”.
