Complete scam. They have just denied a 2600 withdrawal and dropped 1000 from my playing account. There reason was to do with only being able to bet 5 if you accept a welcome bonus. Going by my experience and these other reviews, stay clear

Don’t pay out withdrawal. Withdrawal was approved 13th May, still haven’t got my money. I have sent emails every second day, nothing helped.

It's easy to make a deposit. But if you want to take out money there are always problems. They just make different rules and extend the time. Biggest SCAM WEBSITE EVER ! I requested a withdrawl on 19 of April, they requested a proof of address (I sent them my new proof of addres) and they told me that they want and old one also. I HAVE SENT THEM an old one also and since then they ARE NOT REPLYING my email. I sent them 5 emails in different days and NO ANSWEAR.
