This casino site is so terribly bad that I am writing to warn others. I can't even comment on the gameplay or payout because the experience i've had wouldn't allow me to even PLAY......

I had limit setup by the system which didn't allow me to play more than 3-5 Spins.

They explained that system had set up a loss limit.
I then proceed to making an withdrawal which required proof of ID and Proof of Address.

However they do not accept Driving license has a proof of address? which makes 0 sense............................

I had asked them to close my account and return the funds to the source of deposit. however they have told me until I provide proof of address they will keep my funds in a pending state...

I was worried playing this site, i had already done 2 deposits before i seen the reviews on both deposits i did get a bonus i had a good win over £1000 i did this withdrawal on the 30th, i emailed them to see if needed to provide any documentation i provided proof of ID and also address, i was told they were verified and my withdrawal will be processed within 48 hours in some cases it can take longer.. Within the 48 hours it's been processed the money is now in my account.
Very quick & a very easy process, thank you for the quick communication and my withdrawal :)
