Great customer service in store, I haven’t called over the phone so I have no opinion on it. I haven’t had to wait long and the employees were great with answering any questions I had.

Lower interest rates for line of credit, have been paid on time always and completely paid off in the past. Please consider. I was off work for 4 months but still made all my payments.

My experience at cashmoney was awesome
My experience at cashmoney was awesome! Natalie was beyond helpful! She had me sorted out and on my way within 45 minutes. I highly recommend cashmoney if you’re in need of any financial help, big or small.
I’m sure their whole team is great, but I definitely recommend dealing with Natalie🤘

The staff at the Chatham kent site on Grand Ave are awesome. Your choice to change to online services have been bumpy and alittle confusing to say the least but the staff at the above mentioned site were very kind and patient in helping me and I am sure quit a few others threw it.

Ease of use
Ease of use, up to date information off outstanding balances and current offerings always clear and present. Staff at the grand ave, chatham ontario location are kind, courteous and helpful. You don't feel like a faceless entity.

Can't say enough good things about the…
Can't say enough good things about the customer service and the professionalism of the staff at the location on grand ave in chatham on. They know their job and get you in and out quickly. Have never had a bad experience in this store and today was no different and I believe it it was Laura who helped me today who again was just a delight to deal with

Three last phone call I received was just to advise I had $50 available credit but nothing in regards to what I was looking for in regards to a credit increase
