680 € retenus depuis 4 mois – Produits retournés, qualité médiocre, service client inexistant.
J’ai retourné la totalité de ma commande (chemise, polo, short) à la marque Casablanca. Quatre mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé en intégralité. Il manque 680 €, et malgré mes dizaines de relances, rien n’a été fait.
Le service client prétend n’avoir reçu qu’un seul article (le polo), alors que les trois pièces ont été renvoyées dans un seul colis. On me demande, en tant que client, de mener l’enquête moi-même auprès du transporteur, alors que la loi impose au vendeur de gérer les retours. Aucune remise en question du service logistique, c’est à moi de prouver, de justifier, de subir.
Parlons maintenant des produits : tous les articles présentaient des défauts flagrants de couture. Fils apparents, finitions bâclées, qualité très en deçà de ce qu’on est en droit d’attendre pour des pièces à plus de 1 000 €. Chemise, short, polo : rien n’était à la hauteur du prix. Du prétendu luxe avec un niveau de finition qui ne dépasse pas celui d’une fast fashion.
Et pendant ce temps, quatre mois d’échanges inutiles. Quatre mois de baratin, de mails sans solution, de désinvolture. Quatre mois à m’entendre dire que c’est sûrement moi le menteur. Quatre mois à subir le mépris déguisé d’un service client incompétent. Et bien sûr, aucune remise en question de leur part. Aucune prise de responsabilité.
Si vous cherchez du luxe, passez votre chemin.
Si vous cherchez un service client professionnel, passez votre chemin.
Si vous cherchez une marque fiable et respectueuse de ses clients, passez votre chemin.
Quant à votre réponse automatique du type “Veuillez contacter notre service client, nous serons ravis de vous aider”, n’en perdez pas votre énergie. Je vous contacte depuis 4 mois, et votre seul réflexe est de gagner du temps et d’esquiver toute solution réelle.
Résultat ? Casablanca garde les produits ET l’argent.
680 € encaissés, aucune solution.

J’ai commandé un t-shirt homme taille S, je reçois le t-shirt en taille S mais plutôt femme ou enfant.
Remboursement demandé, ils prennent 15€ de frais, c’est inadmissible pour une marque soit disant « luxe », c’est juste inacceptable pour ces prix.
La faute est de la marque qui s’est trompée de t-shirt mais ne veut pas le reconnaître.

Order a shirt direct from Casablanca that I can get for the same price in the uk from Selfridges but they didn’t have my size. They took an age to dispatch the shirt and I was then contacted by DHL requesting £245 import charges. I contacted Casablanca and they would not pay the import duties despite doing this for every retailer in the uk. I never received the goods and had to chase for weeks for a refund. My emails were ignored and the customer service line isn’t answered 9 times out of 10. It’s such a shame because I like their products. Their customer service is appalling and I was refunded £16 less than I paid for the privilege, with no explanation of the same. Avoid

Hello I have tried to call to cancel order but phone keep saying advisor is busy non stop ?? I emailed alot of time and no response! When you shipped the item I am hit with massive duty charge from dhl out of nowhere, on the website it said free shipping 3-4 days if you duty and custom is being added it should be said clearly on the checkout page, I would have not place an order! I find out other people on here have said the same thing dhl duty charge! Non response customer service, you can contact dhl to get your parcel back as I have advised them to send back
Plus d’un mois d’attente pour un remboursement de 250 €
J’ai retourné ma commande le 24 avril, pour un montant de 250 €. Le colis a bien été reçu et confirmé par Casablanca Paris.
Depuis, j’attends un remboursement qui ne vient pas. J’ai relancé une première fois il y a 6 jours, on m’a promis une réponse sous 48h. Toujours rien. J’ai écrit de nouveau il y a deux jours, sans réponse non plus.
Je comprends que certaines procédures prennent du temps, mais cela fait maintenant plus d’un mois. Et ce silence du service client ne fait qu’accentuer le sentiment d’incompréhension et de frustration. Pour une marque de cette renommée, c’est vraiment décevant.
Je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander Casablanca Paris à ce stade. Une telle gestion remet en question la fiabilité globale du service.

Customer service is excellent—they always reach out with great kindness and are very helpful if there’s ever an issue with my orders.
The products are of great quality, and I personally love their designs.
Two of the items I originally ordered were out of stock, but they refunded me quickly and adjusted the size of another item as I had requested.
Their response time is fast. I highly recommend this brand and its customer service.

Zero stars is what they deserve! The worse customer service ever. I placed an order 15 days ago, my order has never been shipped and no one ever answered emails nor WhatsApp messages. After 15 days, I naturally got upset that I have no news of my $400 bag I ordered as a special Christmas gift so I contacted them, I emailed them and guess what? Still no answer. I finally managed to get hold of a gentleman who was nice and helped me to confirm my order as apparently they needed some additional information which I was never asked. After 1 hour of talking to him, are you ready to hear what happened? It’s hilarious!! They cancelled my order AHAHAH after I spent the all morning on the phone with them and with my bank, they cancelled the order AHAHAH I find it funny that a renowned luxury brand like Casablanca has such a terrible customer service. Also, I will tell you something even funnier, they offered a 10% discount on the next order as if after all of this, I will order again from them! I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Casa Blanca. Recently, I returned two items as part of their return process. However, the company is now claiming that they only received one piece, which has resulted in them withholding €700 from me.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. Despite following their return instructions, I have not been properly reimbursed, and Casa Blanca has failed to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner. Their return process is flawed, lacks transparency, and places the burden on the customer.
I would not recommend anyone to shop at Casa Blanca. Their unprofessional handling of returns and disregard for customer rights leads to financial loss and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company, as they are essentially stealing money through their poor practices.
AVOID ordering from Casablanca
AVOID ordering from Casablanca. I received a shirt with deodorant stains and looks like it has been worn. I tried to contact them through email the day I received my item and they never responded. I spoke with them over the phone the next day and they kept hanging up on me saying they couldn’t hear me. They will not accept my return. I will not recommend nor will I ever order again!
Print came off in first wash!
Bought a T-shirt and Hoodie, both Prints waschend off in the first wash. Washed them both on a light eco program (30 Degree Celsius).
My 10€ Basic Shirts have lasted longer 😡.
Combined 700€ for in the bin. Bought them from the KaDeWe in Berlin incase anyone is wondering so no, NO fakes or anything.

Casablanca n’a rien d’une marque de luxe . Outre un emballage médiocre la qualité n’y est pas non plus . J’ai acheté un t-shirt pour mon fils et à peine au bout de deux mois le flocage a perdu toute sa couleur il devient blanc . J’ai contacté le SAV qui me réponde que c’est la manière de lavage . Mais j’ai suivi l’information de l’étiquette donc je suis en colère car outre le fait d’avoir perdu 259 euros ! Ils n’ont aucun respect de la clientèle. J’espère que plus personne ne se fera avoir !!

I contacted customer service several times. I don't get an answer until several days later. It is always said that it will be taken care of, but no one gets in touch anymore!
I returned my complete order #36610 over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund!!
I have sent the tracking number and the return receipt by e-mail!
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Phone lines which are always busy, I’ve tried over 50 times to call Casablanca in regards to a refund (which has now taken almost a month) the same automated message always repeats for the UK phone number. The customer service email address do not reply and are essentially useless - you don’t even get an email to confirm your query has been sent. Such a shame for a luxury brand which sell some great items to be let down by atrocious customer service.
UPDATE. Despite Casablancas response below I am still yet to receive my refund. Their CS team contacted me asking me to close my PayPal dispute case on the transaction as they are unable to refund me whilst this is ongoing. I did so and surprise.. I am yet to be refunded still and now they are unresponsive to all emails. Now to make matters worse, PayPal won’t let me create a new dispute case for this transaction.. making it even more unlikely I will receive a refund.

I ordered a ring in size L
I ordered a ring in size L. There was nothing about what size L is in mm or so. Normally I wear L so I thought it’s the way to go. The ring arrived and it was way to small, so I startet a retour to get the ring in XL. I sent the retour on the same day I received the Item and now waiting already more than 3 weeks. I didn’t even get an email. The customer services is not caring at all. I would not recommend order at their website, rather buy at a third party website!

Do not order off this website unless you are willing to pay a hidden £153 dhl charge to receive your parcel i also had to pay a further £300 dhl charge to return the item when it didn’t fit me overall I spent more then the item cost for nothing !
