The product is great, but consistent critical bugs and developers isn't releasing any updates or showing progress.

Truly a must-have WooCommerce add-on. It transforms the underrated shopping cart into an interactive and well-designed functionality that boosts conversion rates! When there is something under the hood that needs improvement, they don't hesitate to do whatever it takes to get it fixed. A great example on how a support department should work.

We use We use CartPops on all of our eCommerce sites for clients. It's a genuine improvement compared to the standard shopping cart environment in WooCommerce.

honestly pretty disappointed with the lack of accessability to customize the details and look of it... the side slider on mobile has the text cut off which is BS cause 90% of people buy on mobile now, so it looks bad.
Anyway... you also cant trigger upsells for perticular products --- pretty dumb.

Also its not an upsell if you can't provide a discount offer or bulk offer, which they dont... so they shouldnt call it an upsell plugin.

If you have one product and just need increase order value (without inticing the customer) then you can use this app... otherwise, look somewhere else... damn woocommerce is so behind with this than shopify....

Edit* also my eloper said that it has reduced page speed by a lot and has apparently conflicted with a premium cache plugin.

Also... i cant choose an option to offer an upsell thats in thee SAME category. only product line. grr

We use Cartpops for our website and it works Perfect! The Cartpops helpdesk reply's very fast! The plugin has Update's reguarly, we like that very much. Thanks for ur service Cartpops!

You can find alternatives for every other WordPress plugin, but CartPops is at another level! Even Its free version crushes in every category of its competitors.

Up until CartPops we relied upon a custom cart solution that was a couple years old. CartPops keeps our user experience consistent while improving our average order value. Highly recommended by Bunker 501.

I needed help and team went outside their scope to help me personally. It's a really good concept and they are updating plugin every few days. No doubt this is going to gold investment very soon.

The CartPops plugin for WordPress/Woocommerce is an excellent plugin to enhance any online store.

Also, their customer support is amazing! Even during the weekend they’ve responded very quickly to emails and questions.
