Carsplus Recensioni

Very smooth transaction from Carsplus they even delivered my car.
I would certainly recommend them to anybody.

I never thought that buying a used car could be so enjoyable. There was zero stress and the car lived up to all our expectations. If only all transactions could be this pleasant!

Just to say excellent service quick and efficient and an excellent deal thank you very much Ahmet 👍very helpful

I had a lovely easy experience with this company. Ahmet made it so easy for me. I bought a fantastic car which I’m delighted with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a car. 5 star in my opinion

I don’t really leave many reviews but think ohmet deserves it, I was very sceptical at first but I can honestly say what a nice friendly experience we had and I couldn’t of asked for a more stress free experience. He made me and my son fill so comfortable I can’t fault him . I was never pressured or rushed into anything I didn’t want to and even put petrol in the car for us , we payed and drove away same day and 3 months warranty chucked in(hopefully won’t need it ) On my experience I would have no problem recommending him to friends and family . Thank you

Excellent customer service, with after care factored in; open and honest about the service history. There is an effective system to ensure cars are checked and in good condition for sale. Price point was very good. Would recommend this company.

Shopping for a car was quite stressful especially after visiting a few dishonest car salesmen. Ahmet at Carsplus is very professional, helpful and very organised and likes to go
that extra mile for his customers. Answered all my annoying questions with no pressure to buy. Very Happy with my purchase.

Excellent service provided by Ahmet, the car provided was great. I initially enquired about a car which ended up being sold to someone else, Ahmet contacted me later on and advised that he had an alternative car which would be coming in the following week. He was kind enough to hold the car until I had visited to see the car in person and test drive. Ahmet and his father were very helpful throughout the process and even delivered the car the following day.

Highly recommended.

Ahmet was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions! I am very happy with my new car and will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car.

A very organised company. I viewed a car and did not feel pressured to buy it and was able to take it on a test drive to make sure I was satisfied. Recently bought a car from Ahmet at Cars Plus and the transaction could not have been smoother. Car was exactly as described, no pressure to buy and he was very open and honest with any questions. Warranty is a nice option, so would highly recommend

Would recommend, great car as described and Ahmet was very honest about the car. Gave me a very comprehensive 3 month warranty aswell.

The entire transaction was one of the best I’ve ever had, it’s like the old times car buying experience when sellers cared about their customers. Very honest seller who went through whole process with part exchange swiftly and with reasonable offer for my car. The car I was interested in was accurately described and even the request for new battery I had was dealt with within an hour and to a high standard.
Look no further and buy with confidence from Cars Plus, you wont regret it. Exceptional customer service.

I recently bought a vehicle from Carsplus, it was a very smooth and seemless sale from start to finish. From the moment of first contact with the seller, they have been very helpful and professional, all queries and questions answered quickly. I would definitely recomend this seller and would personally buy again from them. Fantastic service all round.

Ahmet kindly collected me from Cheshunt railway station, assisted in an easy relaxed way with directions for a varied test drive route on roads I didn't know, stood back and let me examine the car in my own time without pressure, and then effortlessly sorted the DVLA transfer, car tax and visa payment on his smartphone and mobile device. Lovely drive home that same evening in my fab Nissan Note.

10\10 on the customer service front; friendly, honest and helpful, fair price for my px which I was more than happy with, went the extra mile in making sure I was satisified with the car. Thanks for a good buying experience

Great customer service. Quick response from seller. Great communication and so far good quality car!

Surprisingly brilliant to deal with. I say surprisingly because dealing with the motor trade when buying a car is invariably an unpleasant experience!
