I can’t thank the team at Richmond enough. From start to finish you were all so welcoming, kind, professional, efficient and helpful.
We are so pleased with our new car. We travelled 2 hours from Derby to see and collect the car and it was well worth the trip. Lewis went above and beyond, he immediately made a video of the interior and exterior of the car for us to see, he was honest about the condition of the car so that we didn’t have a wasted trip. He was answering messages on his days off, and made sure everything was ready in advance of us coming. This was our first electric car, and he answered lots of our questions and gave us the reassurance we needed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from you again.

Michael is sooo professional and helpful. All the staff are hand picked and friendly. The after sale is second to none.

So after being messed around by another garage for 4 weeks I came across Browns Of Richmond after reading their reviews I decided to go and test drive a car that appealed to me. Ian was excellent throughout and the purchase was seamless. Even made extra effort so I could drive home in the car the same day. Overall I couldn’t recommend this dealership anymore everything from start to finish was excellent. Definitely will be going in the future when it comes to changing car. 5/5 for me. Thankyou John.

My salesman Ian was very informative sent my personalised video's and pictures of the car.
This was my first EV so I was apprehensive, but team at Brown's put my mind at ease and answered all my concerns and explained any warranty products which they offer.
When I was picking up the car Ian done a precise handover explaining all the features of the car, as it has alot of technology compared to my previous car.
Car was in great condition and valeted to a high standard.

Six month ago I bought a car from browns in Richmond, Lewis and Michael were absolutely fantastic throughout. Today I have been back to MOT the car the service and staff all so polite and helpful I would recommend Brown's in Richmond if you are looking for a new car and excellent service.
