I ended up not shipping my car through CarShipCentral - we decided to sell it instead of having it shipped from ID to NY. However, I was impressed with my interactions with Kyrie Jordan throughout the process. Professional, courteous, and open about the whole process and total costs to us. I felt that had we ended up shipping the car with them, it would’ve been in good hands

Although I was not able to have the shipment of my bike through Kyrie it wasn't because he did no try it was because of my location and being in a remote area. He was very attentive. Always took my call or called right back. Communicate as a professional would. I'm very thankful and appreciate his efforts.

Scam Company! I have spoke and locked in rate and guaranteed pick up date weeks ahead of time to make sure everything is set due to my flight and moving to another state. 1 day before pickup , they say they need to charge more than double the initial pricing I locked in for. False promises and taking advantage of customers because I have no choice to ship it for tomorrow. They also spam call and email you way too much with unexpected prices.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND GET YOUR VEHICLE STOLEN.
I WORKED WITH CAMERON HEALY WHO WORKS WITH A RING OF CUBAN THIEFS THAT STEAL VEHICLES. THE POLICE WAS ABLE TO RECOVER THE VEHICLE BUT WE LOST 11K. THERE WAS ZERO EFFPORT FROM CAR SHIP CENTRAL TO HELP RECOVER THE FUNDS OR TO WORK WITH THEIR INSURANCE. THEY PRACTICE ILLEGAL BUSINESS AND EXTORTION. I WAS EVEN CONTACTED ASKING FOR 1000 USD IN ORDER TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ON WHERE MY VEHICLE IS.

I have used Mikway Logistics for two separate transports, one for a motorcycle from AZ to TX last August, and today for a car from TX to AZ.
My coordinator on both transports, STEVE R., was extremely diligent in procuring drivers to work within my budgetary & time constraints. STEVE also acknowledged all my concerns and communicated with me in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous and thorough right from the start, as well as portraying a friendly, upbeat personality.
Also, both sets of drivers were very communicative and prompt with their deliveries. They even took "before" pictures to demonstrate their conscientiousness for the tasks at hand.
I'm glad I chose such a reliable and trustworthy company like Mikway to work with. Their upstanding personnel made a huge difference in such a daunting venture.

I know there are a lot of mixed reviews online so I wanted to give some assurances that Nicolas (and Vladimir) from Mikway logistics/CarshipCentral shipped my Luna teardrop almost 800 miles safe and sound. No games with fixed pricing which I appreciated. Highly recommended

intially, they got a good quote then the truck broke. They stated they couldn't get another truck to accept the contract so that asked to increase the bid by $200. It's interesting that their commission increased by that amount. Then things got really bad. They got a company to accept the contract. However, they never contacted the company at the posted phone number or email. They hired a scammer who pretended to be a transport company who then hired another company to transport the cars. The scammers gave false information to everyone so no one knew who was dealing with whom. So a company unknown to carship central transported the cars and put them in storage at the destination. If the car wasn't a tesla, I couldn't have found them. Then the scammers asked for payment to deliver the cars. I contacted the tow yard where the cars were and found out the name of the company that had actually transported the car. That company wanted twice what the scam company had accepted and refused to release the cars until they got paid. Carship central wrote emails to the non-existent company they contracted with but did not get the cars released from the company that transported them. Carship central suggested waiting until the legal proceedings were concluded to get the cars released meaning it would probably be months before the cars were returned. Carship central promised to return the extra expenses from this debacle but only after they are reimbured from the non-existent company. This was a horrible experience.

The company offered the best price of any service and once I signed the contract with specific dates for pick up they called to set up a driver only the dates were not what the contract specified. When it was clear they could not follow the contract as specified in told them I am not moving forward with the transportation as it's clear they could not do as promised. After the cancelation I was charged 200$ just for cancelation even though there was no service provided and there were no contract violations on my part. (Re read the contract several times) It was a clear set up to create a cause to make an easy 200$ or keep upcharging to find a new date as other people stated in other reviews. If a date is submitted on the contract and it can not be adhered to then business is done and contract is void.

If this company will send my motorcycle for free I will not deal with them and If I can give them zero I will someone text me from the company and them offers me 350 for ship my motorcycle and I agreed with them and we signed contract and he told me once you sign the contract I will send the driver I have the driver ready so we sign the contract and then when I ask him what time he will be there he told me this driver can’t do it we will send another tomorrow so I said ok the next day I text him he didn’t answer my text or my phone calls so I called the company and them transferred me to him and I ask him when he will be there he said I found driver can pick up the motorcycle on Thursday (after 4 days from the date he gave me) I told him you sure ? He said yes I told him I’m on Thursday he text me tell me I found driver can pick up the motorcycle tomorrow (Friday) for 700$ this company only waste your time and give you low price just to deal with them and then give you more price one more thing he got my debit card information and he told me we will not charge you until the driver pick up the motorcycle not even 5 hours later I got from my bank mail that them trying to get many from my card without even ask me but my card was turned off so he didn’t get the money and when I ask him about that he said we didn’t do it and this the only company I put my card information on it because he said I must put it I can’t pay Zelle or something else do deal with them

Hi i would like to share my experience not only as a customer also as an agent working there for Carshipcentral , movewheels and true carrier it's the same company with different names and how they ask us to scam people and keep on asking for more money overtime here is how it works they will provide a low price to get you sign a contract and get the CC info and keep on pushing the dates till you end up paying more so they make more money and get the lowest price for a driver it doesn't end here as an employee i had a family emergence and provided what's going on to the sales manager and got sick the next thing that i was told that i got fired and will not be paid for the month that i worked almost the full month it's up to you to give them your business or not after reading this but remember that you will be making a fool out of yourself

Communication is the KEY when transporting you car and that was done well with this company. From and price adjustments to pick up of your vehicle.

I was able to have my car shipped within 2 days and at a competitive price. I’m thankful to have worked with someone who was willing to work with my time frame and budget.

This company will harass you. I never wanted to transport a car and yet they have been messaging n bombarding me about a vehicle I do not even own. They started harassing me today at 6am. Today is a holiday legally they aren't supposed to contact anyone today to solicit. Further more they are never suppose to do it before 8am.

I worked with Zoe from start to finish. She was extremely communicative. This was my first time I’ve had a vehicle shipped. The one suggestion I’d say is when shopping for prices, make a decision quickly! Once the brokers learn you’re shopping, the prices go up. Know that they’re all working from one database so they can see what’s being offered.

I’m only giving a 4 instead of a 5 because the price went up. The price went up because of what I stated above.

The driver was really nice. The company they used was Lemon Tree Inc. They were also very communicative. They gave an estimated arrival time within an hour and they arrived on time.
