Great Experience
Carsa provided a good experience with part exchanging and taking out a new finance. I was allowed to pick a date and time to carry out a test drive and exchange providing good customer service. Wayne provided a professional and friendly service answering any questions and showing consideration for needing a family car. Overall I’d recommend Carsa for future car buyers.

Great Experience Buying Hyundai Tucson from Carsa | Halesowen.
I recently purchased Hyundai Tucson, from Carsa (Halesowen) and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale.
The process was smooth from start to finish / they walked me through all my options, answered every question patiently, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. The paperwork and financing side was handled efficiently too, which made the whole thing far less stressful than I expected.
The car itself was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and the team made sure it was fully prepped and ready before handover. They also took the time to go over all the features with me before I drove off, which was a nice touch.
Overall, a smooth, honest, and professional car buying experience. I'd happily recommend Carsa to anyone looking for their next car, and I'll definitely be going back when it's time to upgrade.

The price offer on our part exchange was halved in the 5 days between the quote and the day of purchase, which was disappointing.
“Barry” in the Halesowen show room was our salesperson. He was helpful with the test drive, knowledgable and helpful about the sale and extras and respected our right to decline the extras. Very nice guy.
Happy with our overall experience.
