DAS review highly responsive …
I was decidedly impressed with the prompt processing and decision making around my DAS review with Carrington Dean. I found the kind and effective way the matter was handled by Dhishna Santoo to have been both highly reassuring and at the same time very responsive to my particular situation. It just goes to show that companies like this can be caring, inclusive and compassionate.

If you need a Trustdeed CD are very helpful
I think for our personal circumstances we should have went bankrupt but saying that working with Carrington Dean customer service was fantastic they dealt with all my issues—letters from creditors and financial difficulties in keeping up with payments—if a Trustdeed is suitable for you I’d say I had a very positive experience with this company.
Thanks to Toni-Jaye Knox for taking my last payment and informed me that I was now debt free. Great feeling.

Started off well. Impossible to contact.
Started off well. Then I was struggling to pay my debt. Waited over an hour for the first call got diverted to the crisis team only to be hung up on. Then I sent 2 emails, a voicemail and even tried the live chat. That was 2 weeks ago with no response. Now I’ve been diverted to the crises team again. It’s been 2 and a half hours waiting listening to this music still someone picks up. Terrible communication and I just cant get a reply.
