What a great company... From chatting to the guys at customer service to Andy who delivered my carpet they made it easy and stress free. Delivered when they said they would and kept me informed all the way. The price was great and the service excellent. I won’t go anywhere else for carpet in the future.

I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Carpets & More. The manufacturer made a mistake on the colour of one of the carpet rolls that I ordered. Akram was able to push the manufacturer to deliver another roll to me, instead of producing a new roll from scratch, saving a lot of time. Throughout my interactions with Akram, he came across as efficient, knowledgeable, professional.

We paid for some samples to be sent to us. We then had an email to say these had been discontinued and our money would be refunded. This was 6 weeks ago and our money had not been refunded and all emails to chase have been ignored. It is only a small sum of money but the point is we have paid for something we haven't received. Very relieved we have not bought any flooring from this company!

Two friendly guys kept us updated on their exact time of arrival and did a great job of cleaning our sitting room, stairs and landing. Our 15 year old carpets are now clean and stain free and look like new. Great job lads! Highly recommended

Jason was so helpful, pleasant manner and followed through on everything. Carpet delivered on time with helpful driver. On Jason’s recommendation found fitter on NICF - great job.

Placed order with them, was provided with delivery date. Called on the date of delivery to be told they hadn't been successful in getting hold of the flooring and they wouldn't be able to uphold the order. Apparently, they had been trying to get hold of the flooring in the days before, so they could have made a phone call to inform me about the issues they had been facing, to warn me. Disappointing that they didn't inform me and really let me down. The delivery date was last week and I am still facing delays now trying to get hold of flooring from a different company for my customer and this has had a knock on affect for my company. Really disappointing and not what you expect. Supply chains are difficult at the moment but it's not difficult to contact customers!

It was confirmed by email. So their excuse to me is invalid.

By midday on the delivery day nothing had been delivered.
Contacted C&M to find out delivery time only to find that the vehicle had broken down - in which case why didnt they contact me? (this did seem like an excuse to me)
Couldn't give another delivery time except that it would be the next day which is a Saturday. But I would have to wait until 17:00-17:30 on the Friday when they could confirm!!! Where I was told it would now be Monday AM. Really!!
When I asked for a refund on the delivery charge was informed it was nothing to do with them.
Massive inconvenience to me and the price this company charge is not cheap,

First and last time I would use this company and I would defiantly not recommend them.

We got exactly what we ordered with no fuss, and on time..

I had an absolute nightmare with this company. After ordering my carpet, I phoned to confirm the delivery date then booked a fitter 2 days after this. However, my carpet was 3 days a late and I ended up having to pay a fitter when there was no carpet to fit. Phoned them multiple times, was always told that they would phone back but they never did. Even got an email saying that it had arrived when it happened.
I gave 2 stars as the guy on the phone was nice if not very helpful.

Good selection of carpets at good prices. Easy to deal with and good advice when calling before placing my order. Small issue with delivery date. Would certainly purchase fro again
