Bought the lifestyle cargo pants, both the grey and black versions. Both fit me perfectly. Great fit and have great comfort. They look stylish with an oversized Tee. Delivery was relatively quick. Will definitely be buying more products in future.

Recently bought a few items in multiple sizes as I was unsure on the fitment. Returning the items has been an absolute nightmare. First of all, the return address is in Ireland and you have to pay a customs fee. All together return has cost me around £40. Items were delivered back to and signed for by Carpe Omnia and no refund or acknowledgement given. I have emailed the company multiple times and it has now been over a month. I’ve even started to try commenting on their ads. I will not stop until I get my money back… mark my words.

They’ve lost a customer who has bought from them for years, just because they’re too lazy to reply back to emails. No problem taking peoples money but not interested in customer support.

Excellent product and service

Parcel arrived safely, on time and well wrapped.
We’ve ordered the cargo pants several times as my son wears them to work every day as he’s a chef. They last a long time are comfortable and easy to wash.

Everything went great

I have been buying various cargo pants here for a few years now. Hoodies and shirts too. Good quality and always delivered promptly. I have been waiting a while, though, for the black cargo v2 to be available in XL again.

DO NOT order from this company. The customer service is appalling. They took forever to deliver my item and then when I returned it, they took over a month to merely acknowledge the fact that they received the returned item, despite me sending it via 48 tracked. There was a clear sneaky attempt to maintain both the money and item. They then cling on to your money and insist that you can only utilise it for store credit as they’re that incapable of processing a refund. Had their items of clothing not be of such poor, low and outdated quality an initial refund would not be required. INVEST YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

On March 30th, I placed an order for a jacket, two pairs of pants, and a t-shirt. The payment was completed immediately, but now, almost one and a half months later, I still haven’t received anything.

I have contacted customer service multiple times to ask about the status of my order and when it can be expected. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my emails, despite the various contact options provided.

There is absolutely no clarity regarding my order, and the lack of communication makes this company appear highly unreliable.

Since I am not getting any response through normal channels, I feel forced to express my frustration here. I hope that someone will finally get in touch with me and provide clarity about my order.

Very disappointing experience.

I spent over £150 on three tracksuits from Capreomnia. Delivery was fairly quick, which is the only positive thing I can say.

Trying to return the items has been an absolute nightmare.

I emailed customer service more than FIVE times and received no response at all. I checked spam, junk — everything. Nothing. The only way I finally got a reply was by repeatedly calling them out on their Instagram ads and sending multiple DMs, which is ridiculous for any legitimate business.

When I eventually got a response from someone called Alex, I was told they had already replied to my emails — which is simply not true. It felt like I was being brushed off rather than actually helped.

🚨 WARNING: Once they have your money, getting proper support is extremely difficult.

The brand looks great on Instagram, and the ads are very convincing, but the reality is completely different. In my experience, the product quality does not match the marketing at all.

🚨 ANOTHER WARNING: If you try to return items, you may not receive a full refund, and the process is unnecessarily difficult.

I work in e-commerce myself for a reputable brand, so I understand how customer service and reviews should work. This experience raised serious concerns for me.

Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.
