High quality Tonal Hoodie delivered in excellent quality. Slightly oversized, but down sized from S to XS. Hoodies are fitting excellent. December 2024 you issued me with a gift card with bonus store credit, 2 maybe 3 months later your website went down for 6 months, your website then went live again August 30th 2025.

I've tried to access my gift card/s but keeps throwing up an error when I press the link.

I have made several attempts via email with no reply, resorting to socials direct messages with zero response.
You don't answer anything, you're posting on Instagram, new look books etc but can't respond to Customer queries.

Ordered M cargo pants, changed them which was actually really easy as I was sceptical after all the bad reviews. The new L were ‘delivered’ but not to me. Royal Mail delivery photo was a block of flats (I don’t live in a block of flats), emailed the company FIVE times and they’ve ignored every single email. No telephone number. Shouldn’t have ignored the awful reviews. £55 I’ll probably never see again.

This is probably the best company for cargo pants. I have tried a lot of others but these are the most comfortable the best looking and cheapest I have found. ( Iam quite fussy) I would 100% recommend.

Bought a hoodie and delivery time was so fast and I have to say the quality of the hoodie was also excellent would have zero problems buying again.

Waardeloos bedrijf. Ze reageren heel langzaam op je berichten. Je moet achter de verwerking van je retour aan gaan, anders gebeurd er niets. Op hun site stond niet duidelijk aangegeven wat de juiste maat is, achteraf bleek de maatvoering die gecommuniceerd werd ook niet te kloppen. Ik heb ze per mail benaderd met de vraag of ik het geld terug kon krijgen op het moment dat ik meerdere maten bestel in plaats van een tegoedbon. Dat was goed. Om die reden besloot ik de order te plaatsen. Nadat ik de items die ik niet hield retourneerde, bleken ze toch wel een tegoedbon te geven anders dan afgesproken dus.

Kortom echt een waardeloos bedrijf, komen de afspraken niet na. Doen beloftes die ze niet nakomen. Ik zou hier niets bestellen.

Scammers. Do not expect a refund in return.

À ce prix-là, c’est franchement une honte. Service client inexistant et aucune solution proposée. Très déçu(e), je ne recommande pas.
